Horrible Service! I do not recommend that anyone contract with Fix It First. They are supposed to be a Miele service provider. We had a service call scheduled for today, October 13. No contact from Fix It First as when service call was to take place. We followed up several times, finally at 5:45pm after another follow up we were told that the next "earliest" appointment would be for Monday, October 19. Completely unacceptable, I have contacted Miele to let them know just how lackadaisical Fix It First is.
Tim was amazing, fast and efficient. He knocked out everything super quickly and was very knowledgeable and kind. Multiple units in one day :-) he’s a special kind of hero

Tim O. was phenomenal in his service, patience, caring, and knowledge. You can tell he's a master tech and the real deal!! I will only be requesting him for our service repairs going forward - and you can too! I found the automated phone answering service at the company difficult to deal with at times, but the scheduling & tech update team was good to work with once I got a hold of them. Hang in there, broken appliances really suck, and ask for Tim!
