Timothy fixed my fridge
All my ice cream was melting. I was distraught and called the first place I saw on google under “fridge repairman.” They answered and sent someone within 2 hours to fix my freezer. My repairman, Tim, was super nice. He explained everything he was doing and let my kiddos see the freezer parts he took out.
Tim was great and very knowledgeable on the initial call. The office was good at explaining charges and efficient about scheduling the actual service. Tim returned to finish the job two days later. He replaced the ice maker and sealed things up in a half hour.
Tim was on time, extremely efficient, fast, answered all my questions, very professional, and extremely kind. Highly recommend Tim to anyone who needs repair service.

Our scheduler, Burdette and our technician, Tim were both a pleasure to deal with. We were apprehensive about having a major repair and were pleasantly surprised that Tim was able to get everything repaired so quickly, efficiently, and completely. Our total experience was beyond satisfactory and the staff was GREAT!
