The technician was good and appreciate the service
Fix It Right technician Timothy arrived as scheduled under our All-State Square Trade warranty plan to troubleshoot and service our 2023 GE refrigerator. The water filter element was not engaging/seating into the water filter housing unit. We had tried numerous times prior to calling All-State, with no success. So…
Tim deserves more than 5 stars. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He always explains what he's doing. I feel confident that my repairs have been completed correctly - unlike the previous service that I had. Fix It 1st does a great job of communicating, especially if there's a delay in getting…
Tim O. was great. Right on time and got the freezer working before he left. Also cleaned up the water and dirt that was underneath the fridge. Great service, highly recommend!
They came out three times and never repaired our refrigerator, which was under warranty. They finally gave up and said they couldn’t repair it. Another service repaired it on the first visit. Horrible experience with Fix It First

Tech was professional and explained the fix that was needed. He arrived on time and made sure things were cleaned afterwards.
Very happy with the repair done to my refrigerator. Was informed condenser was not working and cost involved if I decided to replace it. My refrigerator is cooling better than when I purchased it 6 years ago. Thank you
Tim was on point! He fixed our fridge and oven with ease. He was very friendly and extremely professional. I’ll be recommending this service to everyone I know! Thanks Tim!
My technician Tim found that I had turned the water off to my icemaker.. Instead of charging me for a new part, he just turned the water on I'm so grateful for his honesty, and hes very professional, very knowledgeable as well. Just a fantastic technician, everyone should ask for him.

If I could give them more stars, I would. King was fast and knowledgeable about our Samsung Family Hub. He replaced the compressor and then helped me put all the drawers back inside the freezer and fridge. He checked to see if everything was working before he left and gave me some tips on maintenance. THANK YOU!!
Tim is an ABSOLUTE Rock Star! Another company had been here twice before and only treated the symptom. Tim cured the problem. I would use this company and specifically Tim exclusively from now on. He was incredibly professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would give this business 10 stars if I could!

I wanted to wait about a year to see if this fix was really a fix before leaving feedback (you'll read why in a moment). Our refrigerator compressor failed on July 6, 2021. This company and the technician that serviced my LG refrigerator have my highest respect. During COVID and a worldwide LG parts shortage, our…

Tim’s the best technician we’ve came across. Very knowledgeable, will use him for all future projects.
Timothy was very thorough with all aspects of the freezer performance and the operation of the refrigerator. I was shown what the problem was of air flow. And the refrigerator/freezer setting on how to use correctly. Hopefully this problem will be the cure.
