Timothy is FABULOUS!
All my ice cream was melting. I was distraught and called the first place I saw on google under “fridge repairman.” They answered and sent someone within 2 hours to fix my freezer. My repairman, Tim, was super nice. He explained everything he was doing and let my kiddos see the freezer parts he took out.
Timothy was a great guy, very knowledgeable and worked fast and was very friendly. I will have him back any time to fix whatever appliance may break in the future!)

Can't rave about this company enough! They fought battles with my home warranty and got my fridge covered and I am SO grateful. Timothy is a fantastic service tech! He's respectful, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. I'm thoroughly pleased with his service. I wish Fix It 1st had a location closer to South Bend.
If I could give them more stars, I would. King was fast and knowledgeable about our Samsung Family Hub. He replaced the compressor and then helped me put all the drawers back inside the freezer and fridge. He checked to see if everything was working before he left and gave me some tips on maintenance. We were very pleased with the work and professionalism of Timothy. When he got here he found out the wrong part had been ordered. He promised to come back the next day, kept his promise, and did a good job replacing our refrigerator gasket.
Tim was extremely professional and timely. He gave me some very useful tips on how to make my fridge last longer.
The repair tech Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He was on time, through and made sure everything was done correctly.
