Tim was great!! Diagnosed the issue right away and got right to work. Answered all the questions I had for him. Will definitely call again if anything else happens
Tim and his skilled crew have fixed every appliance in our home. Professional and they get the job done every time! He even took a special request to take a look at a piece of equipment for my business that doesn’t really fall under the appliance category. He totally fixed it the same day I called him!!!! So clutch!…
Tim was great. Especially trying to quiet our dishwasher
I was able to get an appointment the same day which is amazing. Tim was very respectful and professional. I felt very informed on the issue with my refrigerator. Explained everything very well. He even cleaned up after himself. Top Notch service!
Amazing experience. Super professional, timely and great value for money!
Some confusion about the appointment -- we thought we'd cancelled our appointment for a particular time and date, but the man showed up anyway. Not a problem, as it happened. He was 100% professional, right down to the plastic booties he put on over his shoes. He asked the right questions, listened to the answers,…
Timothy is FABULOUS!
All my ice cream was melting. I was distraught and called the first place I saw on google under “fridge repairman.” They answered and sent someone within 2 hours to fix my freezer. My repairman, Tim, was super nice. He explained everything he was doing and let my kiddos see the freezer parts he took out.
Timothy was a great guy, very knowledgeable and worked fast and was very friendly. I will have him back any time to fix whatever appliance may break in the future!)
Tim was early, a good thing, diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the parts needed and had it up and running again!
Can't rave about this company enough! They fought battles with my home warranty and got my fridge covered and I am SO grateful. Timothy is a fantastic service tech! He's respectful, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile. I'm thoroughly pleased with his service. I wish Fix It 1st had a location closer to South Bend.
If I could give them more stars, I would. King was fast and knowledgeable about our Samsung Family Hub. He replaced the compressor and then helped me put all the drawers back inside the freezer and fridge. He checked to see if everything was working before he left and gave me some tips on maintenance. THANK YOU!!
Timothy was polite and professional
Excellent customer service
We were very pleased with the work and professionalism of Timothy. When he got here he found out the wrong part had been ordered. He promised to come back the next day, kept his promise, and did a good job replacing our refrigerator gasket.
Tim was extremely professional and timely. He gave me some very useful tips on how to make my fridge last longer.
The repair tech Tim was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. He was on time, through and made sure everything was done correctly.
Timothy was awesome. He had the ice maker replaced in no time and took the broken one with him (unlike the last repair service we had). I highly recommend!
We would just like to say thank you and we can’t be more pleased with the professionalism that your service tech provided. Timothy Odom thank you very much for all hard work and helpful knowledge that you had and explained to us along the way to great service.
Service tech provided high quality service and was a professional.
My washer was not working, called my warranty and they sent this horrible person(never did the job). Call my warranty again and they gave me Fix It 1st. This is what you call AMAZING work. King the technician was friendly and answered our questions as he fixed our refrigerator. The whole Fix It First crew was top notch. From the people we talked to on the phone to King who did the work . Very helpful and nice to deal with. I would definitely use them again to fix any of my appliances.
King was very professional and perfectly on time for getting my repair done. The pricing is very fair as well. Would highly recommend using this company and I will be using them in the future if I need a fridge repair!
I was in need of refrigerator repair, in the course of browsing on the internet, I was led within myself to contact Fix It First, What caught my attention was the display of the service vehicle. Recently had my fridge repaired. The service tech was very professional and informative. I’d recommend this company to anyone trying to fix their fridge. 10/10 thank you so much! They didn't clean the bottom of the refrigerator. This caused the compressor to shut down.they over charged me ,had to call another business to fix their mistakes and save my refrigerator.
Efficient, fast, and courteous service received by service man Mr. Kyle Davis.
Very impressed with immediate scheduling for emergency job, other companies would not fit me in until next week, and they came back the next day to finish with the parts for my 30 year old Kitchen Aid.
We had FIX IT 1ST come out to assist a warranty company with fixing my refrigerator. The tech was Mr King, who was able to quickly diagnose the issue. The information was quickly relayed to Burdette who worked with the warranty company to resolve the issue. The warranty company was not working very quickly and…
Poor communication regarding price
Service was great from beginning to end. Bernadette was a gem setting up service to all follow up needed. Tim was a great source of knowledge and felt very reassured by his service.
Couldn't have been happier w/ their response time, repair team, scheduling etc. They really knocked it out of the park this time
Although it took a couple of days to get the repair scheduled, the service was terrific! The young man seemed to know what he was doing! He did his magic. Now, I have to wait for 24 hours to see if the magic was real! Thank you!
I would definitely use their services again. They were on time, very professional and helpful throughout the entire process from scheduling the appointment to the technician arriving on time and repairing the problem!
