Timothy and Rufus (fixit techs.) were actually early.. Found problem immediately, called the service, got a price, and promptly went and picked up part, came back and installed it. NO WAITING FOR A WEEK!

King came to our house to fix our refrigerator and was wonderful. He got the job done fast and while fixing my fridge, my oven sent off an error code. He took the time to fix my oven all in one trip. He was a life saver! I would 100% recommend using Fix it 1st!
