Excellent service, Nain was great, very professional and helpful.
Our go-to for appliance repairs. The scheduling and coordinators are amazing. The technicians are always very professional. Robert answered all our questions, gave us insight on things to be on the lookout for, and options for when/where we could purchase our next professional grade fridge. Thanks for the great service fix it guy team!
The Fix It Guy was very professional and timely.
Miguel was incredibly friendly and efficient with inspecting the unit. While I’ll need to purchase a new dishwasher, he gave me much appreciated advice on what to avoid and what to look for!
This was one of the easiest appointments I’ve ever scheduled. Communication was great and Gabriel was efficient & friendly. He explained the issue to me and gave me clear options for next steps. My payment was processed quickly and was accurate. When something breaks, I just want a reliable person to help me fix it. Gabriel and the team did that.
Miguel did such a great and speedy job at repairing my laundry machine. He explained what happened and promptly fixed it right after. He was very kind!
Excellent
We have been using them for 11 years and they always come through on our Frigidaire appliances
Eric did the diagnosis and repair and he was excellent. Very mindful and addressed our concerns promptly. We are very happy with the service provided.
We have a Bosch dishwasher that's the best appliance we've ever owned. Has worked well for years. A couple months ago it gave an E25 warning and stopped working. I fixed it myself by cleaning it, but a few weeks later we got an E24 (not draining) warning, and nothing I could do would fix it. We called another…
Three appliance repairs over the holidays! Patric couldn't have been more helpful -- prompt and professional service from start to finish. I'll keep that old review there and add two more service calls with 5 stars for Patric! Third review! Patric was back today for another appliance, diagnosed the problem…
Quick and easy to work with, excellent service every time
Great communication (superb) and an efficient experience from start to finish. The repair tech who came out to replace a dishwasher control panel and oven igniter, Miguel, was respectful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Excellent technology for scheduling/coordination of service calls. Friendly technicians. Used 3x so far.
Using this service second time. Both times they came the same day I called with problems. Fixed the issues. Very professional and on time. They saved my live when my refrigerator was broken. Highly recommended.
Hector quickly assessed the problem with my dishwasher and fixed it. He also provided advice for routine cleaning on my pump and drain. He was friendly and efficient. If I have problems with my dishwasher, I know who to call!
I love Fix It Guy! Responsive, efficient, and kind.
Hector from Fix It Guy came out to take a look at our dishwasher that wasn't working. He was great! He not only was able to fix our dishwasher but also very knowledgeable on future issues we are likely to see with our unit.
I had a faulty dishwasher and fridge that both were able to be fixed with two visits. However, better care of my units could have been taken. When putting the dishwasher back into its location, the service technician damaged part of the lining and also did not align the unit evenly. My fridge works, but the…
We've used Fix it Guy several times and have always been extremely pleased with their work. Technicians are friendly, punctual and knowledgable. Very highly recommend!
