I have no idea that he did anything to determine that the refrigerator was no good as he only told the tenants that it couldn’t be repaired. Prompt and polite!
I called Monday morning with some refrigeratior issues and Robert came over a few hours later. He was very knowledgable and friendly and took care of the issues quickly. The pricing was fair, I would definitely call them again.

Hector was amazing! He immediately recognized the issues with our fridge and microwave! He also went out of his way to show me how to maintain the rest of my kitchen appliances! I will definitely be using them in the future!
We had an issue with our dryer and refrigerator and they were able to repair them quickly at a very fair price. They were upfront about pricing so there was no surprises. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was great communication regarding the appointment and even a text to let us know they were on their way.
Guy was prompt as well as knowledgeable. He was able to show me what the problem was and how best to rersolve it.

Fit It Guy was able to fit me in same day. Great communication prior to the service call; clear and thorough explanations of what was wrong and steps to resolve the issue. Provided detailed repair quote and suggested contacting LG for part to save money. Ultimately, LG covered the repairs, but I will definitely call them for any future service needs.
I’ve used the fix it guy multiple times and they’re great to work with. Very honest and do a great job. Jacob is top notch and a great guy!
Reggie was great. It took a bit to order the replacement part for the fridge but everyone was very responsive when there were delays. Happy with a fixed fridge.
