Our serviceman, Patric provided professional, competent, knowledgeable service and quickly resolved our refrigerator issue. While he was here, we inquired about the cost of an oven part, thinking we'd have to have another service call. Patric diagnosed the issue, had the part in his truck inventory and resolved…
Three appliance repairs over the holidays! Patric couldn't have been more helpful -- prompt and professional service from start to finish. I'll keep that old review there and add two more service calls with 5 stars for Patric! Third review! Patric was back today for another appliance, diagnosed the problem…
Second time calling Fix It Guy for my fridge. I appreciated that they sent the same person again; Reggie once again did a great and thorough job and answered all my questions.
Nain came on time and prepared to help with our refrigerator issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. This is our second occasion to use Fix It Guy - we won't hesitate to use them again!
Only people in Chicago I’m going to call. That’s it.
Excellent technology for scheduling/coordination of service calls. Friendly technicians. Used 3x so far.
Using this service second time. Both times they came the same day I called with problems. Fixed the issues. Very professional and on time. They saved my live when my refrigerator was broken. Highly recommended.
I’ve used Robert the fix it guy for several years, and for different properties, and it’s always a pleasure having them come out. Great service and we learn something every time they leave, and we recommend them to our friends as well. Very responsive and easy to get booked which is the best part when you’re having an appliance issue. Great work again!
The repairman was able to come early and quickly discovered the problem and repaired it within minutes. He also gave us some helpful advice about avoiding repair calls in the future!
Had a great experience. Very responsive and was able to schedule easily. Will definitely use again.
Hector is great! He’s knowledgeable and honest. He goes out of his way to help and is very professional.
Great experience!
Very professional and thorough. Ensured my appliance was working properly and worked directly with LG to ensure things were received as timely as possible.
Hector was prompt and professional and explained the diagnosis and solution extremely well. Would recommend and would use again!
Reggie was incredibly kind and helpful. Very much appreciated his service.
Fast service. Explained everything to me. Will definitely use this company again.
Knowledgeable
I had a faulty dishwasher and fridge that both were able to be fixed with two visits. However, better care of my units could have been taken. When putting the dishwasher back into its location, the service technician damaged part of the lining and also did not align the unit evenly. My fridge works, but the…
Hector was amazing! He immediately recognized the issues with our fridge and microwave! He also went out of his way to show me how to maintain the rest of my kitchen appliances! I will definitely be using them in the future!
Timely and professional service. Robert was excellent.
Best repair experience ever. This company in general is just excellent in all respects and Hector was the absolute best!! We will always call the Fix It Guy from now on!! We could not be happier with this company from start to finish and if you can request Hector do so!!
Miguel was very friendly and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it with minimal difficulty. The pricing structure of the repair was transparent throughout and the final, all in costs were fair for the work completed. I'd call Fix It Guy again for sure...
Above and beyond service by Robert and asst. Would definitely recommend
I would highly recommend Jacob, who was my repairman for the job.
Jacob, was fantastic. Explained the what, how, and why of the troubleshooting and repair. Unit runs better than it ever has. Will 100% recommend and use them again.
Entire team was great, Hector is incredible!!
Great experience. The repair person was on time and fixed the issue. Also, The pricing was very clear from the beginning of the process, no surprises.
Technician came on the weekend when it was difficult to get other service companies out. Technician was knowledgeable and clear about my problem.
Our water/ice dispenser stopped working so I scheduled a service call. Reggie was prompt in arriving, could not have been nicer (or more respectful - upon seeing our shoe tray in the hall, he took off his shoes before I said anything about them) and was quick to inform me after completing his investigation and due…
Awesome
Robert W. is a consummate professional. He diagnosed the issue with our 15-year-old Amana refrigerator: freezer stopped freezing and the compressor needed to be replaced. He was honest and recommended buying a new fridge instead of having to, as he so aptly put it, "replace the heart of an 85-year-old man." Such…
He was careful and diligent diagnosing and repairing our tricky fridge.
I’m happy at the expert professional and prompt service provided by Patrick from Fix It Guy Chicago on an Amana fridge. The thermostat issue was the main issue as the freezer was icing over. The office staff member (Nancy) was very responsive and thoughtful and I felt she really took the time to understand my…
Have used them 3-4 times for various appliance needs including fridge, dishwasher and latest laundry machine. They’re fast, reliable, and always do the job right first. Prices are slightly on the more expensive side but I can justify it knowing that they’ll show up when they say they will and get it done. Scheduling…
Reggie was the technician. He was prompt and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly. I would definitely recommend their service!
Patric was awesome. Super friendly, explained everything, and went the extra mile to help us out. Great experience with this company
Easy to schedule. Fast repair. Great communication. Clean and organized. Saved the day.
Patric is also helpful, professional, and efficient. And he will do whatever he can without charging you and arm and a leg. Highly recommend!
Bobby and his team are incredible. Always very responsive, punctual, and super helpful with information about how to keep my appliance functioning better moving forward. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and succinctly. Great folks to work with.
The team is very responsive, provides accurate quotes, is on time, and helpful.
Fix it guy Reggie g was so nice and professional. He answered all of my questions about the repair of my refrigerator. I would definitely refer the company.
Technician showed up on time and was very professional. Diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator and helped us decide the best course forward. Even gave us tips on the purchasing of a new one, even though he personally wouldn’t benefit from that course of action. Would use again.
Miguel fixed our fridge in a timely manner and was very professional and friendly. He was able to get the water dispenser working and replaced our ice maker. Happy to get those things working to get fresh water and ice!
Professionalism and efficiency, excellent patience with my insanely difficult schedule of late. Grace, and quality. I've used this company multiple times and will continue to do so.
Miguel came to assess my fridge that has been broken for 3 months. The top half of my fridge/freezer would not keep food cold. The ice machine has been broken for over a year but I learned to live without it. The fridge is 20 years old so I was thinking I would have to replace it entirely. Miguel identified the…
I had Fix It Guy Appliance Repair come out to diagnose my broken fridge. They were quick, on time, and completely honest. Rather than tell me he would fix it for $xx he told me straight up that the fridge was beyond repair and I should replace it. Although he didn't fix my problem I appreciated him being honest…
