Patric has come to fix our washer/dryer combo twice now. He’s always so nice to chat with and gets everything done so efficiently. Hands down the best appliance guy we’ve ever worked with.
Fix It Guy was super responsive and their customer services was very accommodating with my tenant. They scheduled a repair within 48 hours. Pretty expensive, but at least it was completed quickly. They came on a Saturday.
Reggie was punctual, polite, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, was honest with me about options and was friendly. 12/10 recommend!

The technician, Eric, was helpful and responsive. He showed up early and was very respectful. When they fixed the problem they thought was causing the issue but it turned out to be something else, they refunded us for the unnecessary work without us asking. Prompt! Great service! Patric, the technician was able to quickly take apart my dryer and diagnose the problem / go over with me. Went over repair cost, which I found to be very reasonable, and got to work performing the repair. I would estimate about 45 minutes in total from arrival to departure. 5 Stars!
