We have been using them for 11 years and they always come through on our Frigidaire appliances
Three appliance repairs over the holidays! Patric couldn't have been more helpful -- prompt and professional service from start to finish. I'll keep that old review there and add two more service calls with 5 stars for Patric! Third review! Patric was back today for another appliance, diagnosed the problem…
Very efficient diagnosis

Phenomenal experience, super friendly and easy to work with. Thanks Gabriel!
Patric has come to fix our washer/dryer combo twice now. He’s always so nice to chat with and gets everything done so efficiently. Hands down the best appliance guy we’ve ever worked with.
Fix It Guy was super responsive and their customer services was very accommodating with my tenant. They scheduled a repair within 48 hours. Pretty expensive, but at least it was completed quickly. They came on a Saturday.
Reggie was punctual, polite, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, was honest with me about options and was friendly. 12/10 recommend!
Early to the appt, let me know well in advance. Was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely call them in the future.
We love these guys. They’re very efficient and easy to work with. Great people too!
They came same day! Fixed the problem now I’m back drying lol! Thank you so much!
Always a win!
Courteous and professional, responsive. We submitted a request after they had closed and they responded within 10 mins of opening.
Great guys, friendly, efficient and professional -
Hector was personable, professional, and solved my issue in under an hour. Not to mention he was early (!!) Appointments were easy to schedule and book, and the office was extremely responsive. It’s a little pricey, but worth it for the quality of the service. Thank you Hector!
Very easy to schedule, professional, on-time, and great value! This is my second time using Fix It Guy Appliance Repair (once for my dryer and several months later for my washer). Highly recommend! 3/27/23 update: Moved to a new place and still using Fix It Guy! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Our dishwasher…
Called on Saturday when my washing machine stopped working and I tried troubleshooting per manual Fixit Guy techs were able to diagnose my issue and get the needed replacement part. Jacob and his trainee showed up Monday to repair my washer. Great communication throughout process. Work was completed within a hour.…
My technician Patric had great customer service. He initially came in to fix a washer leak, but amidst fixing this problem he noticed that our duct was in bad shape so he attempted to address this. The next day we noticed that our dryer was not working normally, so I contacted Patric and asked if he could come back…
A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Miguel was friendly and incredibly helpful - he gave me a full range of options before fixing my washing machine by replacing the circuit board. I will absolutely call Fix It Guy next time I need help with an appliance.
Hector was great! Super professional and explained the steps as he was working to make sure I understood the process. Highly recommend!
Patric is always so helpful and honest with us about what we need to do and what to keep in mind. We appreciate his hard work and candor.
Service technician was very helpful.
Miguel was pleasant, efficient, and extremely helpful.
It was diagnosed by the company as an issue of the drain component of the washer which it has to be replaced. As a result, my tenants had to arranged two times revisit of the fixing and the washer still cannot drain by itself. As the person who paid for this service, I have texted a few times ask how is the result…
We love these guys! Hassle free experience every time! They came back in 2020 to fix our LG dryer and then they just came to fix the pump in our LG washer today. We gave them the error code and told them what part we thought needed to be replaced ahead of time. The guy brought the replacement part on the first…
Our dryer was not dryer as efficiently as it had been. They came within a few business days, were on time, friendly, easy to work with, and found our problem within 10 minutes. Would absolutely use again.
Eric was honest with me about the cost of my repairs being nearly the cost of buying a new washer/dryer, which I appreciate.
Miguel was very professional and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and gave me honest feed back on not only the appliance he was working on, but also other ones around my house.
I have used them many times for multiple repairs at a few different homes over the years. They are always easy to book, quickly resolve the issue and they charge a fair price. I would highly recommend them for repair needs.
The technician, Eric, was helpful and responsive. He showed up early and was very respectful. When they fixed the problem they thought was causing the issue but it turned out to be something else, they refunded us for the unnecessary work without us asking. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with appliances. Booking was so easy and quick!
Patric got here on time and repaired the washer and dryer within an hour. He was quick and professional. The company also did a great job of getting all of the information before hand, which made the payment simple.
Robert really wants to help you. I think that says enough right. I’ll use him again.
They went above and beyond for my service. Incredibly professional and helpful! I can’t recommend them enough
Prompt! Great service! Patric, the technician was able to quickly take apart my dryer and diagnose the problem / go over with me. Went over repair cost, which I found to be very reasonable, and got to work performing the repair. I would estimate about 45 minutes in total from arrival to departure. 5 Stars!
Excellent! Robert is skillful, professional and easy to work with. I’ll call him every time I need something fixed.
Miguel was super nice and helpful.
Great company! Will definitely use them again. Responded to my initial request right away, came out and fix both wager and oven in 30 minutes!
Punctual, quick, professional and fixed the issue without charging extra.
Excellent service
Darius was so helpful, explaining clearly what the problem is and giving me great advice for maintaining my machines moving forward.
Jacob G was great
Told me to get a new washer/dryer
Needed water drained from basin of broken machine. Came early and was done in less than 30 mins. Thank you Eric!
wasn't able to repair my washing machine but the service was friendly and on time
Great people, very timely and knowledgeable
Have used them 3-4 times for various appliance needs including fridge, dishwasher and latest laundry machine. They’re fast, reliable, and always do the job right first. Prices are slightly on the more expensive side but I can justify it knowing that they’ll show up when they say they will and get it done. Scheduling…
My apprehension of an appliance repair melted away and instead ended blissfully with a happy dance & a fully functional appliance. Feeling grateful!
With FixItGuy, We were able to arrange a service call about 2 weeks before other repair services. The whole process with FixItGuy was easy from start to finish. Great customer service!

We have used Fix It Guy for several years now. They have always been prompt, professional, and thorough. Miguel was out today, and always remembers when he has done work on our building. We had Miguel come out to take a look at our old dryer. While he could fix the problem, he ultimately recommended we replace the unit and suggested the best brands to go with. We really appreciated the professional advice.
Bobby and his team are incredible. Always very responsive, punctual, and super helpful with information about how to keep my appliance functioning better moving forward. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Friendly and very knowledgeable
I've used Fix It Guy multiple times to fix appliances (dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer) in my rental property. They're quick to respond to emails and can usually meet very quickly to diagnose the problem. Costs are reasonable (comparable to other service vendors) and their repairman are more than happy to…
Eric was extremely professional, clearly explained what was wrong with our dryer, and told us exactly how he'd fix it.
Fix it Guy and Horace were great. Our washing machine stopped draining on a Saturday and I contacted 4 other service providers in total. Service Guy was easily the most responsive and upfront about there services. I will not be using any other service but Fix it Guy going forward. They are excellent!
Great customer service and were able to come out quickly to fix my washing machine. That said, it’s $85 for them to come out and $150 for labor and those costs do not count towards the final total so it’s pretty expensive compared to other companies I looked into.
Honest fair price on time and through
I've used Fix It Guy as a rental unit manager for various appliance repair items over the last few months. They've always been timely, communicative, and they've always resolved our issues, from a dryer that did not heat up to a broken burner. Jacob in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to…
Good experience!
Great service every time we need it!
I was so impressed with my complete experience. Justin C, The Fix It Guy, was a genius! He came in, assessed the problem, reported to me and then fixed it all within an hour. Thank you Justin C. Great mechanic!!! Highly recommend their service!!
Came to fix draining problem. Said needing new pump. Paid $365 and replaced the pump. Left without testing it. Now water still doesn't drain. No one answers phone calls. Used to good but now I don't know what to think. Left messages and still waiting for reply.
Reggie G was super punctual and incredibly personable.
This guys is legit. Don’t hesitate. He took great care of us and handled a repair for basically nothing when Sears wanted like $800 from us. He saved us from being ripped off.
Patric was very dependable and did great work. I'm very happy with the service that was provided and I'd use them again in the future.
Great service and honest advice from miguel.
