The technician had good communication. We ended up needing a new washer because it was 16 years old and beyond repair, but Miguel gave us some good tips on what brands are good/what to avoid and recommended stores/where to avoid. The price was reasonable for a visit to diagnose the issue.

Notified me of their ETA, diagnosed both machines under 5 minutes, gave me the option to order my own parts (with fair warning that no warranties given on customer supplied parts), and a clear plan to get things fixed. Explaining possible culprits of malfunction was also helpful. Fixed an LG front load washer, and an older Kenmore top load washer.
