Notified me of their ETA, diagnosed both machines under 5 minutes, gave me the option to order my own parts (with fair warning that no warranties given on customer supplied parts), and a clear plan to get things fixed. Explaining possible culprits of malfunction was also helpful. Fixed an LG front load washer, and an older Kenmore top load washer.
Hecto was excellent. He worked quickly to assess the leak and the repair costs for our dishwasher. He was very professional and courteous. Interaction with Fixit guy for booking the service was simple and very fast.
