They arrive true to schedule, diagnose the problem and repair immediately when they have the part. Great service.
We have been using them for 11 years and they always come through on our Frigidaire appliances
Jacob gave me a heads-up with ETA before he arrived. He was very polite, knowledgeable and completed my washing machine repair quickly.
I can highly recommend Fix It Guy Appliance Repair. My washer stopped working and I scheduled an appointment online after seeing all the positive reviews. The scheduling process was easy, the follow up immediate and I got an appointment for the following morning. Repairman Jacob G arrived on time, explained the…
recommend! easy to set up apt. they were on time. they communicated with me and gave their expert recommendations.
The technician had good communication. We ended up needing a new washer because it was 16 years old and beyond repair, but Miguel gave us some good tips on what brands are good/what to avoid and recommended stores/where to avoid. The price was reasonable for a visit to diagnose the issue.
I always appreciate Robert’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous appointments. Thank you always!🙂
Three appliance repairs over the holidays! Patric couldn't have been more helpful -- prompt and professional service from start to finish. I'll keep that old review there and add two more service calls with 5 stars for Patric! Third review! Patric was back today for another appliance, diagnosed the problem…
Always quick, friendly, fair and honest! Reggie is the best! He's always my go-to!
I am so grateful for FixItGuy Chicago. They have assisted me several times and have been consistently on time, responsive, friendly, patient, honest, and professional. They know their stuff and I completely trust them. A few times the issues were simple, like using too much laundry detergent or a slow leak in a…
Excellent technology for scheduling/coordination of service calls. Friendly technicians. Used 3x so far.
Patric had a good idea of what the problem might be. His assumption was right and he fixed the washer. Patric was friendly, professional, and advised me how to avoid the problem in the future.
Very responsive. Reggie showed me exactly what was happening with the appliance and detailed the difference between repairing and replacing.
Early to the appt, let me know well in advance. Was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely call them in the future.
Thorough inspection and quick fix. Thanks-
Super honest and transparent and beyond helpful! Hector is incredible - super personable and helpful - he never once tried to upsell us or talk us into anything, just gave us the facts & costs and let us make our own decisions.

Very easy to schedule, professional, on-time, and great value! This is my second time using Fix It Guy Appliance Repair (once for my dryer and several months later for my washer). The technician (Robert) was efficient and did a good job explaining the situation. Also appreciated the way updated his estimated time of arrival. The staff were also patient in answering all my questions.
I've used this company for many years and have always had a great experience. They are on time, thorough and honest.
Outstanding experience. Quick and affordable repair.
I was having issues with my Washer/Dryer unit so my landlord sent The Fix it Guys and I cannot say enough good things about this experience! Robert came within agreed window time, and fixed my washing machine in about 10-15 minutes. He has a personable yet professional demeanor. I’ll absolutely recommend his company! Price was reasonable and I’m back in business w/ no more trips to the laundromat!
Miguel knew immediately that my washing Machine was beyond repair- replacing the needed part would only give me one more year at most- hard to hear but he didn’t try to sell me unnecessary work. Vey professional. I would recommend this business
Great experience. Fixed the problem quickly and pricing was fair. Would recommend and definitely have them out again.
Really great service, on time and very fast / efficient repair from Hector
Notified me of their ETA, diagnosed both machines under 5 minutes, gave me the option to order my own parts (with fair warning that no warranties given on customer supplied parts), and a clear plan to get things fixed. Explaining possible culprits of malfunction was also helpful. Fixed an LG front load washer, and an older Kenmore top load washer.
Hecto was excellent. He worked quickly to assess the leak and the repair costs for our dishwasher. He was very professional and courteous. Interaction with Fixit guy for booking the service was simple and very fast.
Great company to deal with. Very professional with great communication throughout the process.. Jacob the tech was pleasant to deal with.
Prompt. A little expensive but job done fast and well.
Héctor was very nice, professional, thorough and fast.
Partick was great. He was on time, answered my questions, and amicable. Fixed my washer quickly (same day service). Would recommend to friends and family.
Robert was incredible. He was nice & professional. Greeted & reassured me, also gave me advice to prevent future issues after he fixed our washing machine. He handled a pretty bad smell coming from our washer like a pro and was in & out. Our washer works perfectly again!
These guys are always clean, professional, on time, and reasonable. Will use them again when the time comes!
Darius was so helpful, explaining clearly what the problem is and giving me great advice for maintaining my machines moving forward.
Repairman polite and found problem immediately. I was told ahead of time the fee. Still, 250 dollars for ten minutes of work seems excessive
Have used them 3-4 times for various appliance needs including fridge, dishwasher and latest laundry machine. They’re fast, reliable, and always do the job right first. Prices are slightly on the more expensive side but I can justify it knowing that they’ll show up when they say they will and get it done. Scheduling…
Fix It Guy Appliance Repair is the only repair company in Chicago everyone should use. There are other companies, but they're ghetto. Fix It Guy is NOT. Their prices are fair and reasonable given their high level of professionalism and expertise. Reggie was AMAZING. He explained the issue of my washing machine…
I appreciate the technicians’ care in clearly communicating to me what they would do and how much various options would cost. They inspired confidence in their work and are clearly thoughtful craftspersons.
Justin was great! Came & quickly diagnosed the problem. Had to order the part & returned when it was in stock to replace the damaged sensor. I would recommend Fix It Guy Appliance Repair to anyone needing help w/appliances! Nice work!
I greatly appreciated the questions and pictures they asked for ahead of time. While the part was too expensive ($210) for the age of the washer, he was able to do a work-around that should hold us for quite awhile.
I've used Fix It Guy multiple times to fix appliances (dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer) in my rental property. They're quick to respond to emails and can usually meet very quickly to diagnose the problem. Costs are reasonable (comparable to other service vendors) and their repairman are more than happy to…

Great service every time we need it!
Personable and professional, walked wife through issue and avoided excess charges.
The worker, Eric, correctly assessed what the problem with my washer was and then pretty quickly came up with an estimate for the work. He was also helpful in discussing replacement washers in case I decided to go that route. I ended up having the washer repaired. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
Patrick Z was on time, professional and fixed our problem quickly. Would definitely recommend Fix It Guy for any repairs on your high end appliances. The competition in Chicago isn’t even close to the level of service and quality displayed by Fix It Guy.
Great service! Reggie was so professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this company and Reggie!
good service over all
Quick response time. Good service. Fair price. Would use again!
I was so very pleased with the prompt & fast service. The serviceman was thoroughly familiar with how to repair my stove and washer, as well as the parts needed. He explained the problems so well, and even educated me on the lifespan of different appliance parts. I would definitely recommended Fix it Guy to my friends & family! Thank you!!
Bobby W. was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! We were very pleased with his service and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
Bobby came to my house within the scheduled time slot I requested and quickly figured out what was going on with my washing machine.
