Bryce showed up to our appt with a part for the washer based on his initial hypothesis about what might be wrong (based on the info I'd given over the phone). His hypothesis was correct and the washer was fixed within an hour or so of his arrival. The only thing that could have been better would have been if I…
Wonderful and trustworthy service. Dryer was fixed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!
I was very pleased with the service provided by the repair person. He utilized his time judiciously and knew what he was doing. He was friendly and efficient. The machines are working GREAT!
Very helpful, friendly staff. Office worker tried to help me troubleshoot on the phone, and eventually we agreed to send a tech out to check. The technician was on time, extremely friendly and professional. Identified the problem, and was cool when I made the decision to punt and buy a new one. Good spot.
Jose came out, got the model number... examined the guts, and found the parts needed were no longer available. He was courteous, professional, and helped us find an alternative washer. Few folk are this helpful... Tom

Had my washer repaired by Terrance. He was very friendly, communicative and professional. I am nine months pregnant and he went out of his way to get the job done in a rush per our request. I will use FixEm the next time I’m in need and would recommend to anyone.
Nathan and Gabriel were terrific!
The technician who helped was awesome. Spotted the problem right away and it was a quick fix. Will definitely use the service again as needed.
Jose came, instantly figured out the issue with our broken dryer, ordered the right piece, gave us an accurate estimate on time and price, and installed it as soon as it arrived. I'll absolutely be calling Jose, and FixEm, for my next appliance issue.
Updated review: I called FixEm again, this time to repair my washing machine. Happy to say it was the same great service all-around. Nathan and Daniel responded right away. On Friday they assessed the problem, they ordered the part, and by Monday had it installed--way ahead of my expectations. These guys were fast,…
