My machine wasn’t draining properly. The technician identified the issue immediately and showed me how to clear the drain holes if it happens again. Very efficient technician and fix was covered by the service call fee
Xavier was on time and very personable. He discovered that they don't make the panel for our 15 year-old washer any more, but he was very helpful in advising us as to the best place to get an inexpensive washer. Since we will be moving in the next six months, and leaving our appliances, we didn't want to invest in a top of the line washer.
