My recommendation: if you go here, don't sign up for ANYTHING. I would never trust this business with my credit card again.
Similar to Carlos' review, this car wash had been charging me for months without my knowledge or consent. I previously had an account with them, which I canceled when I moved away. Months later, I noticed a separate recurring charge on my credit card.
When I called to find out what was going on, they couldn't even locate the account or explain why I was being charged. Eventually, after contacting them through email, they found a second account associated with a different license plate—which was news to me.
I gave them what I thought was a very reasonable solution: if that vehicle actually went through the car wash, charge me for the individual washes. But refund the recurring monthly membership charges for an account I didn't know existed, couldn't access, and that apparently even their own employees initially couldn't locate.
They canceled the mystery account but refused to refund the charges.
I'm not perfect. Maybe I went through the carwash with the other car and unknowingly thought it was my other account. But at least offer some solution other than a 2 month membership credit to a car wash that is now hours away from me.
What a horrible business practice. Taking recurring payments for an account the customer didn't knowingly sign up for and then refusing to return the money is completely unacceptable.
