My wife bought me a Caldera saltwater hot tub for my birthday. Best gift ever. Except it was way off level and water was spilling over the side.
I built the leveling platform. Then I hit the real problem: getting it under a very heavy hot tub. I couldn't do it myself.
So I asked my AI who could do it. It said Flexdolly. I called a bunch of places, and Flexdolly was the one that called back FAST.
They've got AHHHHmazing customer support. Quick to respond.
Nas and his crew showed up, picked the tub up, set it back down on the platform, and made it look easy. These guys are geniuses. And beasts. And did it ALL with a wonderful attitude. They are great to work with.

In the past few months my better half Katy and I have used Flexdolly on three different occasions. We could not be happier with the results. If I could give this business a 10 star review I would and let me explain why. Lots of common sense type items are things we take for granted, but not this company. Nas, and his team are exceptional in every single way. They arrived EARLY for both of our moves and for the day to pack our items going from Encinitas to Solana Beach. They arrived with the people they promised, and with the equipment they promised. They worked hard, and fast, and did not need any direction or guidance whatsoever. Honestly I was not shocked, but I was thankful. Moving is not easy as you all know but this business will 100% AND ALWAYS BE OUR GO TO MOVING COMPANY WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Ultimately they made what was going to be a very difficult move, a stress free, and hassle free three days for our family. When they unpacked items they did it with care. Not one thing was broken, and or damaged, and when it was all said and done they even came back and took all the empty boxes we had unpacked as I am sure they can use it for another move they would do down the road. Nas- KATY MOLLY AND I WANT TO THANK YOU AGAIN FOR DOING ALL YOU DID FOR OUR FAMILY. Nas and the guys were so happy to work with you guys. Packing up a house and moving is exhausting enough on its own, so being able to show up early, get right to work, and take all that weight off your shoulders means everything to us. And honestly, grabbing all those empty boxes so you wouldn't have to deal with them was our pleasure, probably the easiest part of the whole job for us, lol!

This company surpassed all expectations! I was looking at reviews and came across their website. It’s Veteran owned which spoke to my heart as a retired Vet. Booking was easy. Their admin personnel are friendly and very communicative. I had a 4-man team. I had a 3 bedroom moving to a 2 bedroom. They worked their butts off!! Louie was the foreman- he was professional and ensured everything was packed and protected well. (I have a lot of electronic items). It was organized and that helped my anxiety immensely since moving is a pain. His team consisted of Alex, Matt and John. Those dudes are beasts. Super friendly and considerate. They moved boxes and other household furniture into the specified rooms. They took apart my king sized bed frame and my son’s twin xl and put it back together. They also moved my garage items from the old place into the new place. I could boast all day, honestly. This was my first time using a moving company and they set the standard. I would give them a million stars if I could. 10/10 recommend. 10/10 will use their service again if I need to move.
