Overall, I'm satisfied with the end result. It looks good, and they were generally pretty good to work with. I had a unique job and there were some details on my end that made things a bit more complicated, but Flooring Butler got through them. Pros: Reasonably priced. Was patient as we worked through different…

“What else can I do for you?” that’s what Nic would regularly ask me throughout the remodel of my dental office. He’s took a lot off of my plate and was always very fair and understanding. I highly recommend him for his good work and integrity.

The Flooring Butler provides excellent customer service that just doesn’t exist anymore, Nick is a servant minded owner and leader that would take the shirt off of his own back for any of his customers to ensure they are happy and 100% satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend using them for your project.

Nick came the same day to quote the job. He was professional, curteous friendly and had great knowledge for my choices in new wood flooring and tile. He gave me the dates I wanted when I had planned a vacation and was here, on time supervising his excellent team. I cannot begin to say how totally satisfied I am…

The Flooring Butler team was amazing to work with! They were very easy to communicate with, and they were as efficient as possible. We had a few hiccups (not because of them) that delayed our timeframe for completion of the project, but they worked with us to make sure everything got done as quickly as possible. The…

Nick was very patient with me during this process, and offered several suggestions to help me make a decision with which I would be satisfied. The crew he sent to install the vinyl plank flooring were efficient as well as expert in their work. I would recommend this business to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Nick and his team at The Flooring Butler. From day 1 they were responsive and showed that they cared about our needs concerning the projects they completed for us. Our basement flooded Christmas day and Nick was out there within days to evaluate and advise us as to what the…

From the meeting of Nick over the phone to the final installation of my wonderful laminate using self leveling technique (my home was built in 1927) in my basement as well as the artwork of scuf and recoat in my kitchen oak hardwood; I could not have asked more from this flooring guru. It came in completely to the…
