Overall, I'm satisfied with the end result. It looks good, and they were generally pretty good to work with. They were fast and respectful in our home. Office communications were consistent throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend!

Great communication, easy process! Thanks for your help.
Worked tirelessly to make sure everything was right. We’re so accessible. Which was a breath of fresh air. Also had the home painted through the painting butler. Great experience all around.
I recently had my basement carpet installed by Flooring Butler, and I am extremely happy with the service! Really liked working with Nick. Very professional and his installers worked with care. You can’t even see the seams in the carpet. Installers cleaned up and vacuumed the carpet. They were very professional. I’d use this company again on any carpet or flooring I would need installed. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did

Nick is very personable. I was not able to get access to the home for an on-site measurement. Nick provided a draft estimate based on the information I could provide. He put my job on the calendar and stayed in constant communication touching base on my closing date. Nick worked on the 4th of July tearing up…
I've had Nick quote me a couple jobs. He was very prompt, explained what would be done and scheduled the work in a very timely manner. The carpet was finished in one day and looked very nice. I will definitely use him again.
