Subbed Flooring Butler to help my customer out and they was fast quick and did a great job for my customer. High quality and great attention to detail on the work. They are now my first call to sub out any flooring work I need for my customers.
We are very happy with our new floors. We previously had carpet and hardwood flooring. They installed new white oak floors where the carpet was located. We had the entire main floor of our home sanded and re-stained. They look incredible. The communication from start to finish was amazing! We had tons of questions…
Incredibly great experience with them. Came over and got right to work. Job was done within three days and it looks amazing!
I’ve worked with Nick on a few of our properties. Not only was the work quality…but his communication is what stood out.
Working with Flooring Butler was incredibly easy from start to finish. Their team was professional, on time, and delivered great quality work at a very fair price. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Really great service!
The entire team at Flooring Butler was great from start to finish. They gave me different options on my wood floor refinish project and were reasonably priced, so we expanded from a sand and refinish to remove and replace in some sections, stitching seams and they did such a great job keeping everything smooth and…
I love the work that was done on my condo. It's good to find somebody I could trust that did impeccable work. The communication was great there was trust in the situation and I'm thankful that I picked flooring Butler for sure. I picked them based on their reviews which is why I'm giving one now so you can have confidence as well.
Professional company and they also very reliable and good communication highly recommend them
Butler Flooring has been a great choice! They were with scheduling, courteous, very willing to work with the customer. I needed repair work done on my hardwood floor that another company wasn’t willing to do, The floor was repaired, then the entire floor buffed and recoated. The finished product looks like a…
The Flooring Butler provides excellent customer service that just doesn’t exist anymore, Nick is a servant minded owner and leader that would take the shirt off of his own back for any of his customers to ensure they are happy and 100% satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend using them for your project.
Very upstanding company that stands behind their work.
Highest rated and most reviewed flooring company in kansas city for a reason. Nick is thorough, understanding, and knows his field very well. Won't be disappointed.
They did fantastic work! And ours was one of the trickier flooring project but they came through with flying colors! Our floor is custom and we had an issue where stain was leaking through and they made it right! And then when a closet was missed (it’s a weird out of the way one) they came back and fixed it. I know…

Nick came the same day to quote the job. He was professional, curteous friendly and had great knowledge for my choices in new wood flooring and tile. He gave me the dates I wanted when I had planned a vacation and was here, on time supervising his excellent team. I cannot begin to say how totally satisfied I am…
Very happy with their service. They refinished my 120+ year old wood floors and they look nearly new. It's unfortunately rare when a home maintenance/repair company does what they say they'll do and communicates well. These guys did, and their work was well done with friendly customer service.
We love our floors that they installed. They were friendly and they cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend Flooring Butler.
We so appreciated the work that was done. Each person that worked on our home was very skilled at what they did and we are very thrilled with the outcome. Every time we look down we just marvel that these awesome floors are in our house. We thought we knew what color of stain we wanted but the person doing that work…
From a general contractor perspective, Nick has been top notch in communication. From the beginning he has by far been the best at this that I've experienced. No questions about his integrity, gives great advice based on his experience, and when he says he's going to do something, he'll do it. Flooring Butler is the go-to for hardwood flooring services.
We highly recommend the Floor Butler for any floor projects. They removed the carpet from 3 bedrooms and installed hardwood flooring. We are super happy with the new flooring. Nick came out to give me a quote on the same day I called. He arrived on time and was very professional. We communicated well and came up with a price that fit both our needs. Nick and his crew cleared 843 square feet of carpet and tile on day one and on day two they installed luxury vinyl planks. The outcome…
Nick is very personable. I was not able to get access to the home for an on-site measurement. Nick provided a draft estimate based on the information I could provide. He put my job on the calendar and stayed in constant communication touching base on my closing date. Nick worked on the 4th of July tearing up…
