Flooring Butler for wood floor refinishing

Nick was professional, polite and totally understood my requests for quotes while listening to my limitations. I felt that the quote to refinish my hardwood floors was fair. I first called because their website specifically mentioned railings which I have on the wood floor. And this time, I couldn't resolve my…
We had a great experience from start to finish and with everyone along the way.
The floors looked great, even better than I had hoped for. The price I was quoted was comparable to others in the area. Some walls had dust and drips of stain on them. It all wipes off with a wet towel, but this is worth noting if you have impaired mobility or are hiring movers to put your furniture back that may…
Butler flooring did a perfect job on our carpet install and hardwood floor refinish. My walls were just repainted and they were very careful of looking out for it during their work. They were fast and respectful in our home. Office communications were consistent throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend!
The entire team at Flooring Butler was great from start to finish. They gave me different options on my wood floor refinish project and were reasonably priced, so we expanded from a sand and refinish to remove and replace in some sections, stitching seams and they did such a great job keeping everything smooth and…
Worked with flooring butler to refinish some floors that had gotten wet from a plumbing leak. The workmanship was so good we are now working with them to switch out our carpet for hardwoods. The price was reasonable, but the work was outstanding!
The Flooring Butler provides excellent customer service that just doesn’t exist anymore, Nick is a servant minded owner and leader that would take the shirt off of his own back for any of his customers to ensure they are happy and 100% satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend using them for your project.
Nick and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly diligent, communicative, and clearly passionate about delivering quality work. He walked me through every step, laid out stain samples directly on my floor (including a custom mix), and even contacted the manufacturer to explore more options.…
They did fantastic work! And ours was one of the trickier flooring project but they came through with flying colors! Our floor is custom and we had an issue where stain was leaking through and they made it right! And then when a closet was missed (it’s a weird out of the way one) they came back and fixed it. I know…
Nick came the same day to quote the job. He was professional, curteous friendly and had great knowledge for my choices in new wood flooring and tile. He gave me the dates I wanted when I had planned a vacation and was here, on time supervising his excellent team. I cannot begin to say how totally satisfied I am…
We so appreciated the work that was done. Each person that worked on our home was very skilled at what they did and we are very thrilled with the outcome. Every time we look down we just marvel that these awesome floors are in our house. We thought we knew what color of stain we wanted but the person doing that work…
Absolutley amazing experience with Nick and the Flooring Butler! The constant communication to keep me informed of how the project is going was impressive and his teams attention to detail and workmanship was top notch! Highly recommend! Thank you!
Flooring Butler did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them.
Easy to work with and did a great job!
They repaired and restained my wood floor. They moved furniture as needed, replaced broken tiles, matched the color, and did everything that was needed. The floor now looks great. The people were easy to deal with and helpful.
Very easy to work with. Great job of wood floor refinishing! Would definitely use again.
I'm very pleased with this company, their service, their timeliness, their quote. All of it. The floors are beautiful. Thank you!
Nick and his crew did a wonderful job! Showed up on time and completed the work within two days! Highly recommend!
We were very nervous to allow someone into our home but Nick with Flooring Butler calmed all our fears! Nick and his team were the kindest, most organized and responsive group of people we’ve ever worked with. They were very thorough and walked me through what they were doing, step by step. I will be doing future…
