The roofing team did an excellent job repairing my roof and provided a very affordable price, much lower than the other bids I received. They even included gutter work, which some other companies didn't mention. As the project went on, they adjusted the estimate since the plywood under the shingles was still in…

Everyone who worked on different parts of the job, from the estimate to the roofing, gutter, and exterior work, was friendly, skilled, and easy to talk to. The crew clearly knew their trade and paid close attention to the details. They kept the work area tidy, explained the process well, and made the whole project feel smooth and stress free. We were so pleased with the results that even a few neighbors decided to move forward with work on their own homes. Highly recommend.

We had exceptional service and a great overall experience with our roofing and home repair project. nolan was top notch. He listened carefully to what we needed, stayed attentive, and worked with us step by step to make sure everything was handled on time and at a fair price. nolan kept in steady communication the whole way, and he was prepared, organized, and easy to work with from start to finish. We had both interior and exterior work completed after a roof leak caused a large hole in our living room ceiling. The team repaired the ceiling damage, replaced part of the roofing system, installed new gutters, painted the trim around the house, put up a laundry door, and changed a door lock. Every part of the job was done neatly, on schedule, and with real care. The roofing work helped protect our home from future leaks, and the gutter installation gave us better drainage for the home. The crew cleaned up everything well, and no mess was left behind. The final result looks amazing. i am so happy with how everything turned out. Our home looks refreshed, clean, and well cared for. we felt very lucky to work with nolan and his crew. He was kind, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. He clearly takes pride in his work and wants every repair and roofing detail done right. i would absolutely use this service again and recommend them to anyone in Chula Vista. excellent team, excellent workmanship, and excellent service.

i contacted a local roofing company for an estimate on a new roof in Chula Vista. robert came to the house that same morning, inspected and measured the roof, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and i received the estimate later that afternoon. their price was not the lowest, but it was fair and right in line with the other quotes, and i was really impressed by their fast response, clear communication, and attention to what i needed. while i was waiting for the job to start, they came back out and placed a tarp over the problem area to help stop the leak and protect the home from more water damage. that extra help gave me peace of mind. the roofing crew was prompt, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole project. john and matthew made sure the work moved along smoothly, answered my questions, and kept me updated on the progress. they cleaned the yard and work area every evening before leaving, which i really appreciated. the whole roofing job was completed in just three days, and the finished roof looks great. it has really improved the appearance of the home, and i feel much better knowing everything is secure and well done. i would definitely recommend this roofer to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement, and i would gladly use them again. i am very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall service.

Matthew was great to work with. He replied the same day I called for a roofing estimate and usually got back to my texts or phone calls within about an hour. His crew showed up right at 8:00 each day they were scheduled to work on my home in Chula Vista. I had roofing, roof flashing, and exterior weatherproofing work done, and the installer clearly explained why he would not use the standard premade flashing and instead custom fit a better flashing system around a problem area. He could have taken a shortcut, but he chose the better roofing method to help protect the home and improve long-term performance in the warm Chula Vista climate. Everything was completed beyond my expectations, and the workmanship, communication, and attention to detail were excellent.

The roofing work was completed just as outlined in my contract. I met with Matthew and went over the agreement, material options, and plans for my new roof. Matthew was very helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted, including new gutters and chimney flashing and vent pipe updates. He clearly explained how the roofing project would move forward and even helped with shingle color choices that fit the home well. We also talked about the gutter leaf guards, and since some were missing, he arranged to have all of them replaced so the whole system matched and worked properly. Anytime I had a question about the roof, gutters, or schedule, I could call Matthew and he always responded quickly. The office team was also very helpful with answering questions and keeping the project timeline organized. The roofing materials were delivered right on time and placed in neat stacks exactly where planned. On installation day, the crew, led by Nolan, was impressive to watch. Everyone knew their role, and the roof install moved in a smooth, organized way. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and kept the property clean throughout the job. Nothing was left behind, and the cleanup was excellent. A separate gutter crew came the next day to finish that part of the project, and their work was also professional and well done. They were polite, easy to talk with, and made sure the job was completed the right way. Overall, this was a very strong roofing experience, and the quality of the roof replacement, gutter work, and chimney updates really stood out.

After getting about 7 roofing quotes for a new roof, we went with this company because the price was fair, the warranty was strong, and the whole process felt easy from the start. The roof work was excellent and the craftsmanship really stood out. John made a great impression within minutes of meeting him. When I showed him a trouble spot where we had a leak, he took the time to seal it right away to help protect the area. He also had the crew replace a rotted board and close up a few openings where squirrels had been getting into the attic. Those extra repairs were a big help and showed real care, professionalism, and pride in their roofing service. The team was honest, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the roof job clearly, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was handled the right way. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, this is a roofing company you can trust. Highly recommended.

john and the crew installed a new roof on our home and detached building. The work covered a full tear-off, new underlayment, asphalt shingles, updated flashing, and a thorough clean up at the end. The final price matched the original bid exactly, so there were no surprises during the roofing project. The team was courteous, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They worked well together, stayed organized, and showed strong skill with every part of the roof installation. The cost was competitive and lower than many other estimates, but the lower price did not mean lower quality. They used solid roofing materials and paid close attention to the details. The finished roof looks excellent and has really improved the home. i would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roof replacement work. the crew was efficient, the communication was clear, and the entire job was handled with care. john was helpful throughout the whole process.

We have hired this roofing contractor for two homes in Chula Vista. The first project was a roof repair, and the second was a full tear-off and new roof installation. In both cases, Geoffrey took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why, which made the whole roofing process easy to understand. We were kept updated on the schedule, knew when the crew would start, and were notified right away when the work was finished. The second roofing job was related to an insurance claim, and Geoffrey was very helpful from start to finish. He walked me through what to expect during the insurance adjuster’s roof inspection and helped explain the paperwork process after the job was completed. The crew was professional, the workmanship was solid, and the new roof looks great. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement in Chula Vista, I would strongly recommend this roofing company.

the roofing crew got the job done and worked very hard from start to finish. on the first day, they tore off the old roof, and from what i could hear and see from inside the house, they stayed busy almost the whole time with only a short lunch break. they put in full days and kept the project moving at a steady pace. the next step was the delivery of shingles and other roofing materials by a third party. it was impressive to watch how everything was moved up to the roof with a conveyor system. after that, the crew focused on installing the new shingles and replacing roof vents, exhaust pipe flashings, and other key roofing parts. they paid close attention to the details, and the finished roof looks great. i could not be happier with the results. the crew was excellent, respectful, and always willing to answer my questions. matthew in the office was also very helpful and patient with all of my calls and follow-up questions, which made the whole roofing process much easier. my only funny complaint was the sound of the nail guns while they were laying shingles. the rhythm kept getting stuck in my head and even had my little one repeating it around the house. other than that, everything was smooth and stress-free. the roof was completed beautifully, the crew worked hard, the pricing came in under budget, and the overall service was outstanding. i would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a roof replacement or roof repair, and it was also recommended to us by a neighbor who had a great experience.
