Flow State drained our pool and did a full acid wash cleaning, getting stains and stubborn algae off our pool surface. They showed up as promised and got the work done in short order. The result is a beautifully reconditioned pool. They are now our “go to” for all things pool related.
Five out of five stars! They are great!
Chance is an extremely diligent and reliable pool care professional. He consistently goes above and beyond to keep our pool in excellent condition, carefully testing the water chemistry and making adjustments whenever needed. Very happy with my Flow State monthly service. Not only is my pool and jacuzzi sparkly clean, anytime I have an issue Chance is super responsive and solves the problem immediately. No headaches. I recently had pool heater and pool pump replaced and it was done quickly at a very fair price. Flow State gives me peace…
The best choice we could have made!!! We are so happy. Professional and the best customer service.
Chance and Sean from Flow State Pool Service have been amazing! We previously had another pool service company but was unable to get in touch with them for almost 3 months. In that time, our pool became exponentially green and murky, and we finally decided we needed a different team to handle it. Flow State to the…
Chance is amazing. Honest in what is needed for your pool. Ours hadn't had proper service in quite some time and was extensively green. Chance to it from green to clean in a week and has been doing a great job keeping it clean monthly. Glad we choose him over others. Couldn't recommend more.
Chance from Flow State answered my call immediately when I first called to complain about my parents dirty green pool and he made it out asap to their house in San Juan Capistrano to start draining it. Though there was a hiccup with one of the pumps, Chance and his team resolved it quickly and smoothly. If you ever…

Their pricing is also very reasonable for the level of service they provide. It’s reassuring to know the pool is in good…
We live in San Juan Capistrano and just built a brand new pool—so we wanted to make sure we didn’t mess it up from day one. Enter Flow Star Pool Service. They show up every week, keep everything perfectly balanced, and somehow make it all look way easier than it should be. Our pool always looks like it belongs in a…

There are moments when a service exceeds expectation—and then there are rare experiences that feel almost destined, as though the right people arrived at precisely the right time.
