This is a scam, watch out! I gave them my credit card info, scheduled for 2pm, and nobody ever showed up or called. I called them about 20 times and nobody would talk on the phone or call me back!

Started out well for the first couple of cleans, but after that, they are unreliable and unable to fulfill the reccuring cleaning service they offered.
I paid nearly $600 (more than $600 including the tip that I shouldn't have given) for a move-in deep cleaning and was extremely disappointed with the service. What we received was nowhere close to a deep clean—in fact, it wasn’t even a thorough surface-level cleaning. Afterward, I found significant grime left on the cabinets, floors, window tracks, and many other areas.
Because we were scheduled to move in the next day, I contacted the company and asked them to return to clean the areas that had been missed. The only appointment they offered was the morning after our move, when the house would already be filled with boxes and belongings, making it nearly impossible for them to properly clean.
We reached out again in hopes of finding a reasonable resolution. Initially, the company responded positively, and we thought they were going to make things right. Then they completely stopped responding and ignored our follow-up messages.
For $600, I expected a professional move-in deep clean and reasonable customer service when the work was not completed properly. Unfortunately, we received neither. I would not recommend this company.

I had hard water stains in my shower that I couldn’t get out for the longest time and KEYLIN took them out! First occasion, the cleaner did not arrive at the agreed time — in one instance, she was late. While delays can happen, consistency and communication are important in a professional service.
The most recent visit was particularly concerning and prompted us, as management, to address the situation. The cleaning of our approximately 20-square-meter (~215 sq ft) office — which does not even include a restroom — was completed in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality of work did not meet expectations.
Only minimal sweeping was done in visible areas. The floors were not mopped despite this being part of our agreement, and visible stains remained on the parquet flooring. Debris (including popcorn) was left in corners, glass tables were not wiped, and even the microwave remained dirty. Overall, the space was left noticeably unclean.
Other individuals present in the office also witnessed the limited cleaning and the cleaner leaving shortly after arriving.
We raised these concerns with management and were told the matter would be discussed with the cleaner. While we appreciate the response, this does not resolve the issue on our end. We also requested the return of our key, though it was difficult to reach the owner.
In hindsight, we never observed the use of proper mopping equipment, and i feel there was never the expected level of cleanliness or freshness .
We are attaching photos showing the condition of the office immediately after the cleaner left.
Given the above, we are disappointed with the service provided and the lack of fulfillment of agreed-upon standards.
