This was my first time trying hot Pilates, and I was excited to attend with my sister, who had been there before. The instructor welcomed me as a beginner, but during class there were no modifications offered, and I struggled to keep up. I really enjoyed the classes and the instructors, but I did experience some issues with canceling. They require an upfront six month commitment, which was fine, but they don’t advertise that there is a 30 day cancellation and if you call in to cancel their staff cant help you directly and direct you to email in which for me, took four days. If you’re actively using the membership, it’s a good value, but I disagree with some of their administration practices. The owner was ultimately helpful in processing the cancellation, but I wish that they gave their employees the tools to support their customers.

This was my first time trying hot Pilates, and I was excited to attend with my sister, who had been there before. The instructor welcomed me as a beginner, but during class there were no modifications offered, and I struggled to keep up. My sister quietly helped me, but another participant was rude and disrespectful toward us for simply communicating.
When we brought the issue to the staff’s attention, we felt dismissed. At the end of class, I thanked the instructor and front desk staff, but the atmosphere remained unwelcoming.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend this studio to beginners looking for a supportive and friendly environment.

Our goal is for every member and guest—especially those trying a class for the first time—to feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered throughout their experience. Josh's classes are exceptional! He brings a calm, clear presence and beautiful energy to every session. His instruction is precise and encouraging, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels safe to explore their practice while being inspired to give their best. He has this wonderful "wherever you are, you are doing great" approach that makes the class welcoming for all levels. Josh also perfectly calibrates the room temperature and humidity—we work up a great sweat during the session and cool down comfortably at the end. I highly recommend his class to anyone looking for an outstanding hot yoga experience!
