Great company to have Manage all your IT needs. I recently had my primary office computer go down. I have used Friendly Managed Services for over 10 years now. Their team always responds very quickly to my needs, providing me with a secure IT environment. The peace of mind I have in this ever changing, and challenging IT landscape, is a very big deal to me.

They told me my computer needed an expensive repair. They suggested I could pay them $90 to move my stored things and buy a different computer. I bought a different computer and paid them to move my stored things. A while after a friend removed the print driver and my older computer worked fine. I called and complained. He said I authorized them to move my data and was not willing to do anything. Obviously if I knew they were wrong I would not have paid them $90 to try to move my stored things.
Hi Roslyn, It's quite odd to have a review after nearly 5 years since the last service. Our records indicate that your computer was Windows XP as well, so that may have been brought up in the conversation, as XP was no longer supported at that time. We apologize that there may have been some miscommunication. We also no longer service residential clients since the beginning of 2022.
