Great service and such friendly staff! Thank you for always loving and caring for Drako the way you do. It means so much to know he’s in such good hands every time he visits. We truly appreciate all the love and care you give him! ❤️🐾
Always an amazing experience! I highly recommend!!
Love my fur baby's hair cut. The staff friendly and courteous.
The best Grooming he’s ever had -his whole 13 years! Lucky loves the whole Grooming from beginning to end he loved it there! I sincerely thank you!
Furry Tails has always done excellent grooming on my dog. My dog loves it there. I think I am blessed to have such a good dog salon near by.
I have been taking both my dogs here for years and they always take good care of them. The check in process is simple and fast. I also LOVE how I can book online and see all available times. They are also incredibley affordable.
Loved it !! All the staff is so nice. Moana looks so pretty and smell so good!
They worked with me every step of the way and called me before they did anything that needed to be changed. They are very well qualified and very professional. I highly recommend.
I love fury tale grooming. Very professional and the people there very sweet. I will recommend 200%.the price it’s awesome. I I can, I will give them 10 stars.
Always do a great job , such a friendly team! We come from afar to make sure Olivia is looking her best! Thank you all.
Excellent staff, friendly and very caring with the animals. Every time he comes home from the grooming he looks so happy and carries his bandana so proudly!
Very personable. Really appreciate how lovely our very elderly poodle looks after his first groom at Furry Tails. Stanley seems very content, too, which tells me it was a good experience. He’s had many grooming experiences over the years. It’s obvious when he seems stressed from a groom in the past at other facilities. We will be back!
I am so happy with Fury Tails grooming the place is so pretty and inviting the people are great and over all my Yorkie looks awesome with the groom he got 🥰
Love the treatment that my baby got. She locks beautiful.
They do a great job and are really nice! I take my dog and sisters dog there :)
The wonderful people at Furry Tails always do such an excellent job with our dogs that I would not choose to go anywhere else! They are so understanding with our Husky and patiently put up with his singing every single time without complaint :) We also took our elderly cat this time and they were amazing with him,…
I've been taking my standard poodles here since they were babies. I live in Poinciana so I don't have many grooming options that are close by. For the most part, they try to get this styles done that I request and I'm not a complainer so when I see something missed I don't even bring it up. However, I'm absolutely…
Good price and good service.
Very professional and does a wonderful job with my KoKo they never disappoint me 😉
They did such a great job and it wasn't too pricey at all! And my dog loved them too!!!
East to follow directions, friendly and great with the dogs
Great service everyone there is very kind and my dog loved it! Thank you!
I am very happy with the services I received. Dental cleanings are very important, especially for small breeds. My dog’s teeth look amazing and her breath is soooo much better. The fact that the cleanings are done without general anesthesia is a selling point in itself. This location is far from me, but worth it.
It's always a pleasure having my babies groomed at Furry Tails
My first time taking my furry son here and I glad I did!! He was so happy and he looks so good!! Great customer services but specially the way they treat the person is amazing. Definitely coming back this just became my place ♥️♥️
Diego was very informative and kind.
I love them , Twinkie and Aiden, always come out amazing!! Love the team they’re always so welcoming and do excellent work!!
Excellent treatment of my pet, and they always groom her exactly as I ask. Excellent service always.
Customer service is outstanding.Very Well knowledgeable of pets, and there needs, and prices are outstanding.
My baby Cocoa first full grooming and they did a great job. She looked beautiful! I would definitely recommend this place.
Volveremos!!
Amazing staff and very professional! I took 3 of my dogs and my mom’s dog who is very scared of groomers. They did an excellent job on all 4! And the price is so affordable! 10/10 I highly recommend!!
Excellent Service Always Prompt
I took my puppy here and he was cut by his private area, paw and buttocks. My puppy is apart of our family and it really hurt me that I paid for a service for my dog to be handled with care and he was not. His face was still dirty after the cleaning and when speaking to management about the treatment they were…
They did a super job
Great customer service and my puppy looks awesome. Thanks furry tales.
Amazing service!! Front desk service was amazing Layla (my dog), came out beautiful!!! been taking her here since her first cut.
Our fur babies Jax and Olivia get groomed here and they are always phenomenal with them. Both of them have severe anxiety issues but the groomers are always extra careful with them. We have never had an issue and both our fur babies always come out looking super adorable. We are customers for life for sure because I refuse to take them anywhere else!!
Very impressed, didn't know he could look so good.
this is our Lolas 3rd time there & they always do an awesome job she looks refreshed -and recently i took our doggie while she was in heat & they bathed her & cared for her. Our Lola always smells good.
They did a great job on my toy poodle! They groomed her exactly how I wanted and they did an amazing job getting all the plaque off her teeth.
Amazing
I was very happy with your service. When I had to bring my dog back, he wasn’t scared or hesitant to go in, unlike what happened at the previous place I used for a few months. This shows he was really well taken care of.
They are awesome!!!
Terrible service. I took my 3lb yorkie in and they took more than 3 hours with her. And only because I kept calling, I knew something was up. When i get there and i examine her she has THREE bleeding nails. No one said a word they just hander her to me. She was sooo scared! I had to be the one saying something and…
Very good with the dogs, friendly service.
Grooming team was patient with my 6-month-old Yorkie Noah, it was his very first time. Doesn't he look adorable. Before I left I had to schedule my next month appointment. Thanks everyone
My teddy loves the staff at Furry tails. They do such a great job! Everyone is super friendly. Highly recommended this place for your furrbabies
Amazing service. The staff took their time to groom my dog. They did excellent job. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for their pet to be treated with respect and with patience. The owner takes their time to explain what steps they took to do grooming on your dog thats why you call above and beyond service.
Great service by the staff. They always go far and beyond. There friendly and understanding. Great groomer!!!
First time with my babies cats 🐈 Chloe and Lilly I am please with the result. The staff was super friendly. Definitely with be back. Thank you guys 😍😍😍😍
Excellent Groomer
We just moved from Lakeland where me and my bestie have been frequenting the same groomer for over 2 years, so needless to say we were sceptical. From the initial phone contact, when I spoke with Genesis(sp.)?, to picking up my pet, I was pleasantly impressed!! The staff did a wonderful job with the tangles as well…
They took great care of my Pup! 5 start experience all the way! Highly recommended!!!
