The best Grooming he’s ever had -his whole 13 years! Lucky loves the whole Grooming from beginning to end he loved it there! I sincerely thank you!
Nice prople at front desk. Professionally done teeth cleaning the plaques away. And nail clipping done professionslly .thank you. Better service than at the new PETCO dtore nearby .
Furry Tails has always done excellent grooming on my dog. My dog loves it there. I think I am blessed to have such a good dog salon near by.
Excellent staff, friendly and very caring with the animals. Every time he comes home from the grooming he looks so happy and carries his bandana so proudly!
Very personable. Really appreciate how lovely our very elderly poodle looks after his first groom at Furry Tails. Stanley seems very content, too, which tells me it was a good experience. He’s had many grooming experiences over the years. It’s obvious when he seems stressed from a groom in the past at other facilities. We will be back!
Awesome experience took my Dutch/Jack Russel mix and he’s not very well with others but here he felt right at home! Will definitely be back for another grooming and to take advantage of the teeth cleaning. Thank you Furry Tails Pet Grooming.
I love bringing my Fur Kids to this place, I been bringing my doggie here since it opened many years ago. Is clean, super friendly and caring. They listen to your concerns and requests. Don’t hesitate to bring your fur children here you’ll be satisfied.
Best groomers in Poinciana. Very caring, detailed attention to each pet from a Sphynx to a Poodle. The owner is an amazing person. You will be my 3 Girls care forever. Gracias
The wonderful people at Furry Tails always do such an excellent job with our dogs that I would not choose to go anywhere else! They are so understanding with our Husky and patiently put up with his singing every single time without complaint :) We also took our elderly cat this time and they were amazing with him,…
I've been taking my standard poodles here since they were babies. I live in Poinciana so I don't have many grooming options that are close by. For the most part, they try to get this styles done that I request and I'm not a complainer so when I see something missed I don't even bring it up. However, I'm absolutely…
Very professional and does a wonderful job with my KoKo they never disappoint me 😉
East to follow directions, friendly and great with the dogs
Pleased to take my Mini Pin to pamper him. THANK YOU. 100/100. See you soon.

Volveremos!!
Amazing staff and very professional! I took 3 of my dogs and my mom’s dog who is very scared of groomers. They did an excellent job on all 4! And the price is so affordable! 10/10 I highly recommend!!
Every one who helped me were very kind. They took me in quickly and cut my dog’s nails quick.
Absolutely professionals went above and beyond,my dog was very stressed for his nail trimming and the Team at Furry Tails did everything to make him feel better.
I took my puppy here and he was cut by his private area, paw and buttocks. My puppy is apart of our family and it really hurt me that I paid for a service for my dog to be handled with care and he was not. His face was still dirty after the cleaning and when speaking to management about the treatment they were…
We took our puppy (Shadow) in for a nail trim and were in and out. The service we received was phenomenal. The young lady greeted me as she came to take Shadow (My puppy) in the back, she also took the time to acknowledge him as well. Once she had him all squared away, and came back to the front desk she answered…
Was very happy to be able to get his nails, trimmed and Dremel along with his face trimmed for a decent price at the last minute.
The staff are kind people but the groomers seem to not be very knowledgeable in some areas. In the 3 years I've had my dog, NO ONE has ever cut her nails so short that they bleed. This place seem to cut not 1 BUT FIVE of her nails short to the point of bleeding. They blamed it on some of her nails being black, but…
Very friendly people. They seem to really care about my dogs. One of my pups has a skin issue, and they are trying to help me improve her skin.
Very impressed, didn't know he could look so good.
this is our Lolas 3rd time there & they always do an awesome job she looks refreshed -and recently i took our doggie while she was in heat & they bathed her & cared for her. Our Lola always smells good.
