The service technician diagnosed A/C issue intentionally incorrectly. It was a simple capacitor issue but this company is after your money. Th technician gave the diagnosis as motor replacement and gave the quote of $900. I got it fixed by changing the. capacitor. Avoid this company.

When I was outside, it sounded like our Lennox unit was making extra or louder noise. The technician (Wilson) was able to determine there was a leak in the coil and we were low on coolant. He did a good job explaining things and showing me what his diagnostic test results were. He helped me to decide what our plan…

I called Fuse at 8:00am and we had a service technician, Wilson, at our house in under 2 hours to fix our AC problem. Wilson was great, explaining what the problem was and fixing it. I would definitely use Fuse again in the future.

Excellent experience. My air conditioner is over 20 years old and stopped blowing cold air. Another local HVAC company came out and immediately recommended a replacement for around $20K. Wilson from Fuse opened the unit and started troubleshooting. He replaced capacitors, refilled Freon and it’s working better than…

My outdoor condensing unit in my home AC stopped. Konstantin K was very methodical in diagnosing the problem by checking out the condensing unit, thermostat, breaker panel & indoor heat heat exchanger. Had my AC repaired yesterday. The technician replaced the start capacitor and the unit is now working fine, so the outcome is good. However, the communication could be improved. There was no discussion about the root cause of the problem or confirmation before replacing the part — it was just done directly without…

The technician came 7:30am sharp .. not a minute later or earlier. He was very detailed and very considerate. He was installing new smoke detectors as part of the job and he took each one of them to be activated outside of the house so as not to wake up the rest of the household. He cleaned after himself and did a great job altogether
