Two times I've used Fuze for electric problems and they've been very efficient and competent both times. Their technicians work directly and were able to diagnose and fix (where possible) the problems. One of my issues required PGE resolution and the technician Zorik encouraged me to take pictures and described exactly what to say to PGE

Dmytro showed up early in the scheduled time window and patiently listened to our concerns and asked thorough questions about the problems we encountered. He explained how things should work and checked places to make sure the issues wouldn’t happen again. He also gave us tips on how to maintain units and appliances. Highly recommend!
