Great job! Replaced an A/C unit and gas furnace with a dedicated 2-zone heat pump system, and re-did all duct work. They did an A++ job and everything looks and functions great. The crew was respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves, and they showed up on time and worked efficiently. They went above and beyond my expectations.
I signed a contract to have a 24000 BTU A/C split system installed to support 2 heads in 2 rooms. Instead, an 18000 BTU system was installed. The company claimed that the 18000 BTU system would support 24000 BTU at full capacity. This is not true. If I want to have two 12000 BTU heads installed, I would have to purchase a new compressor/condenser.
Efficient team, fair prices, quick turnaround time and high quality service. I had both hvac installed and panel upgrade done. My hvac installation was complex and a lot of the contractors refused to install it due to the limited attic and complexity involved.
Team are professionals. They did a great job for duct replacement and Ac HVAC installation. Special appreciation to Eugene, Earle & Tom, who arrived at the perfect time and worked the whole day for 5 days to make it happen. They also cleaned up everything and vacuumed after completing their jobs. I have zero complaints!
