Fuse did a fastastic job of installing my new heat pump HVAC system. They clearly explained options, met my requirements for system placement, showed up on time, worked incredibly hard through a heat wave and finished the job on time. Highly recommend
Fuse Service replaced my aged HVAC. From project initiation, permitting/application for rebates, installation and scheduling of testing and inspections, the entire team (Teo P., Madina, Marc V., George S. and team) have all been extremely professional and personable. The installers were very efficient and completed…
Henry and Alex, Fuse Service technicians, did an amazing job installing a new HVAC system in our home (heat pump outdoors and air handler in the attic). They also completely redid the ductwork, which had been inadequate for over 30 years. Fuse Service was the first company to correctly diagnose the problem and tell…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Fuse Service! I recently had Fuse Service install a Daikin 3-Ton heat pump HVAC system, upgrade my electrical panel to 200 amps, and install a 50-gallon high-efficiency heat pump water heater. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. The work was…
The workmen were polite, efficient, and left a clean workplace.
We had a great experience with Fuse. We have an older rental property that originally had heating but no AC, and Fuse replaced the system with a new heat pump. The new unit is working very well and is surprisingly quiet. Azamat and Elmar did an excellent job with the installation. They had to repair some wall damage…
Fuse replaced a gas HVAC system with a new heat pump system. Communication about the project was excellent and the work was done efficiently and professionally.
Fuse Service finished installing a new Daikin heat pump and air handler. This is the first of three projects. We are waiting for a Fuse electrician to add a sub-panel needed replace our gas water heater with a heat pump. Starting with Justin the estimator, who was very articulate and able to answer any questions…
I recently had Fuse Service replace my gas furnace, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Serge and Earle were the technicians who handled the job, and they were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing from start to finish. They walked me through the process, answered my questions, and…
Fuse replaced our a/c and furnace with a heat pump and also provided new duct work. We had four bids for this job and Fuse offered the best price, scheduling and product (Daikin Fit made in the USA with 12 yr warranty). Every job this size has some surprises and Fuse handled them promptly and to our full…
Great service, reliable and a trustworthy company.
Great job! Replaced an A/C unit and gas furnace with a dedicated 2-zone heat pump system, and re-did all duct work. They did an A++ job and everything looks and functions great. The crew was respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves, and they showed up on time and worked efficiently. They went above and beyond my expectations.
I used Fuse Service to replace my 23-year-old furnace/AC with a heat pump and to replace old tank water heater with tankless water heater. Both projects were done concurrently, which saved time, and with high quality. Special thank you to Eugene (Евгений), and his teammate Tom, who worked on the heat pump and air…
Anton and Steve (and alos Roby and Eugene who did the estimation and specification) were absolutely the best! I really enjoyed working with them, the installation itself was beyond my expectations and was quite perfect.
I replaced old heater/AC system with heat pump, Vlad and his team made a good job, detailed and be careful every step. Started working on time and finished per schedule. Clean working area after finishing. I would recommend Fuse for this service.
Andy M and team are highly skilled HVAC installers. They installed a heat pump in our difficult to reach attic in 2 days. The install looks great! Highly recommend this team and Fuse!
We had a great experience with Fuse Service during our recent heat pump and AC installation. Tim and Abe were incredibly professional from start to finish—punctual, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out was how thoroughly they explained each step of the process. They made sure we…
Wow, I am impressed. I usually get disappointed and frustrated when I deal with home-improvement contractors. A lot of companies claim that they are customer-focused and yet most of them can barely respect an appointment on time, respond to your emails/calls in a timely manner, or give you accurate information.…
Installed AC and water heater. Clean, fast and knowledgeable team. Polite, considerate installers, helpful answering questions and accommodating suggestions. Short response times, instant rebate help and always available. Inspection scheduled and passed without hick-up. Two large projects without any issues. Thumbs up.
Dean and Ace from Fuse HVAC completed heat pump installation at my residence. Very professional and timely completion of the project.. keep me in the loop while installation was in progress,
Tim and Abe were professional, timely, and did a great job installing new Diakin heat pump and mini splits.
Allen(Alexander) and Vladimir, installed a new furnace at my home over 2 days. They had to rebuild the Return air duct connection to furnace which was complex due to the bad way the furnace was located and installed. Original HVAC install 20 years ago had squished a 12 inch metal pipe into a 8 inch space!! Allen and…
Adrien and his team were excellent. They came on time, cleaned up after day’s work, and worked with minimal guidance. The quality of work seems very high (of course time will tell!)
Very professional, extremely quick to respond to questions and thorough in the work. I didn't have to worry about anything once the project was started.
We just had a Heat Pump HVAC System Installation done with Fuse, Santa Clara and we have to say we would highly recommend this company! From the the beginning of the project, Roby was very thorough in explaining the System, which helped make our final decision that was right for us. Every step after, Fuse was in…
Fuse was very responsive from the moment we first contacted them. After an initial meeting they quickly returned multiple quotes for the three different options we discussed. The installation was scheduled as soon as we signed the contract, working around our vacation. Their installers finished the job in much…
David was the lead installer for a new heat pump/fan coil system and what an outstanding job he did. David is both an exceptional person and a truly great installer. We used Fuse to install a whole new HVAC system and new duct work. They put the unit in the attic which gave us a closet back! They were always on time, great communication, clean, courteous and did an awesome job. We love our new system and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their HVAC!
Fuse is a very efficiently run company. They are very responsive to questions and requests, and are very communicative about scheduling. They say what they will do and they do what they say. Prices were fair, and they were willing to match competitor's quotes. They also exhibit a very high level of pride and…
Excellent services, very professional and friendly !!!
Quick to respond, and were able to fit us in the same week. Very clean, professionally installed finished project. They were on time and got the work done ahead of schedule. Thank you Fuse!
We replaced our heater and AC unit and converted from one zone to two. We finally have an even distribution of heat throughout the house. I was pleased to have someone come to the house to review our needs and the installation was completed without any problems. Thanks
The service was really good and I have to mention that they wend above and beyond the scope of work to satisfy the home owner requirements. I am still waiting on the city inspection and permits, but I am sure it will not be an issue.
