Outstanding service and fast response with the excellent quality!
Kirill came to fix a plumbing issue with our tankless water heater. It was incorrectly plumbed by a vendor a few years ago to our solar water heater system. Kirill re-plumbed the lines and also explained in details what the issue was and how the updated system worked. Excellent customer service, good technical…
Matt was fantastic! Showed up early, identified and fixed the issue, as well as another which had been a problem for us without asking! True gentleman, wouldn’t hesitate to use Matt and Fuze again.
Tim came out on the same day that I called to fix my heater. He was able to fix the issue within about 1 hour. This is the first time my heater has worked correctly in 3 years!
This company is wonderful. They responded quickly, knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it. 5 stars to Anna (the scheduler) and Vlad (the technician).

Vitali was epic! He showed up right on time and was extremely professional. He was great at explaining the causes of the problems. We went over options of either fixing or replacing the part and he gave his honest professional advice without trying to upsell us. We would definitely use them again!
Fuse HVAC was one of the very first contractors who responded to my request for a quote. Their price was very reasonable, and was able to accommodate my service request over the holidays. Kostas, the service technician they sent, was on-time, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked on our ancient wall furnace,…
Unfortunately, my condo and the Marriot Hotel share the same grounds and street address. They went to the hotel, and then just took off when they couldn't find me there. They had my phone number, but never bothered to call. Anyway, when we got our signals straight, they showed up and took care of the problem. I…
Excellent services, very professional and friendly !!!
Kostas was efficient and polite and knew his stuff!
Technician was on time, professional and informative. Fuse HVAC saved me thousands of $$$. I had been told, by others, that the unit would have to be replaced to the tune of $7 - 10K. What a wonderful Thanksgiving day gift! Needless to say, I highly recommend Fuse HVAC! They really know their stuff!
Eichler radiant heat boiler was making a lot of noise, heat wasn't working. The heat hadn't been used for many months since it was so warm since spring. A couple wekks back, it had been getting cold at night, try to just use the thermostat to turn the heat on as usual. Following day, a next door neighbor was having…
Excellent work ! Thank you !
My experience with Fuse has been outstanding. They’re responsive and competitively priced for the value you receive. I’m not sure if it’s family owned but everyone from technicians to managers look related lol and they’re all so nice and so helpful. They seem to truly passionate about their job which translates to…
Fuse installed a new furnace 6 months ago and they were quick and professional. I had a question about replacing the air filter and I called them; they scheduled a visit within 2 days, came right on schedule, dealt with the issue very quickly and professionally. Couldn't be better!
