We had our HVAC rebuilt from scratch by Fuse. The offer we received was very competitive and best value from all the companies I have quoted. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent. Austin and Victor worked really hard and paid attention to every detail. We are very happy with final result!
I got great service from Fuse. I needed to install a Tesla charger and replace some old leaking and corroded pipes. Juslav came in and did a fabulous job installing the charger. During the work, he got stung by a yellow jacket from a hidden hive under the electric panel but he powered through it and completed the…
Replaced entire HVAC system with a variable inverter system. They were able to explain and give one of the best statements for a reasonable price.
Team are professionals. They did a great job for duct replacement and Ac HVAC installation. Special appreciation to Eugene, Earle & Tom, who arrived at the perfect time and worked the whole day for 5 days to make it happen. They also cleaned up everything and vacuumed after completing their jobs. I have zero complaints!
Step three is almost done, being impressed by their professionalism has not diminished. This time, Max had a helper and both were as professional and intent on finishing the job properly and as quickly as they could. My only complaint is the amount of time this has taken. This is not on Fuse, they are great, but…
I hit the jackpot with this company. After comparing several providers, these guys were so much better. They offered a 10 year labor warranty, they did the manual J which everyone else wanted to avoid, they were extremely careful and nice around the house, they worked really hard to get the job done within 2 days,…
We had a great experience with Fuse Service during our recent heat pump and AC installation. Tim and Abe were incredibly professional from start to finish—punctual, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out was how thoroughly they explained each step of the process. They made sure we…
Zorik and his partner did a wonderful job with installing our track light and outlets. They were prompt, walked us through multiple options for how they were going to install it, and cleaned everything up afterwards.
My Fuse team, Sasha and Vitali, did a great job. They took care to ask how the system would look in each room and listened to our concerns and requested. Done on time and in budget. I highly recommend to go with Fuse for HVAC needs.
I've had the pleasure of working with Fuse on two projects. One installing a Tesla charger and an HVAC project. Both times I received competitive quotes compared with other vendors. The communication with Fuse on scheduling the work, the permits, and any potential rebates has gone quite smoothly. Whenever I’ve had…
Fast, clear, and full-service. Gene and team handled permits and the Silicon Valley Power rebate info and forms. Everything was done within about two business days. Made the process easy. Five stars.
Fuse is awesome! Had them out for HVAC work at first, but ended up using them for plumbing and electrical too. These guys seriously do it all—and they do it well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, on time, and knew what they were doing. They helped me pick the right heat pump, installed it fast, and even took…
Fantastic job by Fuse. Fast response. I really liked virtual video call for free estimates. Very efficient. I got my estimate 10 min after our video call. I was scheduled one day after our initial call. The job was done in very professional way. Strongly recommended
Fuse was very responsive from the moment we first contacted them. After an initial meeting they quickly returned multiple quotes for the three different options we discussed. The installation was scheduled as soon as we signed the contract, working around our vacation. Their installers finished the job in much…
Amazing job getting the whole system installed in 2 days ! Great job Angel and team !
Fuse replied promptly when I submitted a request to Yelp for new furnace and AC replacement. Konstantin came the next day to check the problem and emailed the estimate within the same day. He was willing to work on the numbers with me to come close to my budget. The next day job was scheduled. Kay and Andrew came…
I am using them for my AC and heating installation. even the job is not done yet, want to give them a good 5 stars so far for quick response, good team, on time working!!
Besides the outstanding work, FUSE technicians went beyond their duty to do a completely satisfactory job in replacing our old HVAC on our home by the Villages area in San Jose. They were meticulous in every step of the way. I highly recommend them. They finished before the end of the 2nd day. These people worked…
The installation folks led by Michael were very nice and explained every question I have. They did the installation very professional and cleaned the place every time.
I am very happy with the quality of the products and installation of a heat pump and replacement of my gas furnace. This was a big complicated project that was expertly handled by Aleksie and Seth. They both worked very hard over two and a half days. Both were knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I am particularly…
Fuse installed a new AC (heat pump) and furnace, replacing our 20- and 40-year old (respectively) systems. We live in a town home, and they put in extra effort to run the AC lines through the walls/crawl space to meet our HOA guidelines. Their technician Kay put in extra time to ensure we weren't left without heat…
They were very good at the installation, polite, cleaned up, efficient. Very responsive to an initial problem setting up the WiFi. I have to say, given all the problems I've had over the years with typical contractor types, FUSE was an extremely positive experience. Heartily recommend this service. Several thumbs up!
Mr German and his assistant have done a high quality job in installing an HVAC system for me. I will recomend FUSE without any reservation when ther is a chance.
I have installed AC with them. Pretty professional. And the maintenance services are sweet. Always on-time and thoughtful. Won't push you to buy anything from them, just some recommendation for you to follow. Excellent job.
HVAC installation and maintenance
Heat pump repair and thermostat replacement. Tech Chirill did a good job troubleshooting why my AC was not working and was able to repair it.
Fuse installed a heat pump system for my garage. they were prompt, and thorough, including some electrical wiring work needed to be done in the crawlspace. They were patient in explaining the work to me, and was able to accommodate my requests and concerns. Would use them again!
I used FuseService to install a new HVAC system to replace my current furnace. TLDR: They are fast and quality service but be sure to scrutinize the details or else you will end up paying for it. I initially got a quote from them about doing an install. I had some concerns about HOA approvals but was assured they…
Added ductless A/C to my home. Installers on time, worked very neat and clean. Very satisfied
Boy, could my timing have been any worse? Just after a massive heat wave I decided that I need a heat pump HVAC system. Not only were heat pump components scarce, but estimators were scheduled many days out. Then, a friend recommended Fuse Service in Santa Clara. I called and was scheduled for an appointment with an…
AC installation: professional service and good quality
As a very satisfied customer, I recommend Fuse Service with no reservations for any HVAC work for the reasons below. Also attaching pictures of the finished work. The new HVAC system they installed for my condo was superior to the old one I inherited: 1. Uses electric heat pump instead of hot water for heating…
Slavic and Arsen came out to install ground rods, rewire the connections to my main panel, remove all remaining knob and tube wiring in the house, rewire switches and outlets that were previously on knob and tube, and rewire my doorbell with chime. They did a fantastic job, truly amazing. They also checked into an…
I have used FUSE for Fridge and HVAC repairs and installation. Professional and Experienced group who knows exactly what to do. Will use them again.
We added 2 A/C units to our home, covering our warmest rooms. The installers worked all day; by 7:30 we tested both units and they worked perfectly. The final product was installed perfectly (no damage to the walls, etc.; even the power hook-up to the breaker panel was done without any visible issues. When they…
They just installed a mini split system and did an outstanding job. Install is clean and looks professional. Would not hesitate to hire again.
We got new HVAC installed. Fast, professional, clean installation and good communication. We can highly recommend the service.
Great service from top to bottom. Georgy was great at explaining the process and did an awesome job installing our new hvac system. Highly recommend
Excellent service with excellent crew Slava and Eugene. Will use this service again. Highly recommended!
We have Fuse installed the AC for us. They gave us the most compatible quote with best options for our home and they did a great job to install the AC. There were some small issues need to be addressed and they come back to fixed it with no additional charge. Highly recommend this company if we would like to install AC.
