Great job! Replaced an A/C unit and gas furnace with a dedicated 2-zone heat pump system, and re-did all duct work. They did an A++ job and everything looks and functions great. The crew was respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves, and they showed up on time and worked efficiently. They went above and beyond my expectations.
Ilyas Khusniyarov arrived on-time, and thoroughly and quickly identified the issue causing our tripped breaker was a burned wire that shorted the neutral wire from the outlet powering our furnace. Service technician showed up twice but never provided any follow-up information. I had to reach out to Fuse after the first visit as the diagnosed issue did not fix the issue.
Llyas from Fuse HVAC did a great job fixing my furnace. He was quick to identify the problem and patient and checked to make sure everything works perfectly before wrapping up the work. He worked until 7 pm to make sure we have heat for the evening.
Certainly not the cheapest, but service was great. I realize the costs to repair things are going up, but still seemed quite expensive to just triage the problem and replace a part.
