We got a new insert today. The install guys were unbelievable. We were OK buying one slightly oversized so we could get a bigger window, knowing it would stick out a few inches. The installer instead widened the opening to make it perfect. Thank you!

We installed a new gas unit and ordered all the stone through Gagnon. We also used the mason they recommended and were so, so happy with the end result.

I had them for a fireplace issue. They not only found the issue quickly they also found a gas leak ive been chasing for quite some time. They had to remove siding and cut into the back of the fireplace area. They did a great job and were completely professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking…
We just had our gas fireplace replaced in our home. From the first first moment we walked into Gagnon we were greeted by Nick. Nick was most helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. We had done some pre-work and we're familiar with the fireplace inserts. What? We did not know Nick did. He walked us through everything we needed to choose a time frame and the removal and reinstallation of the product. We got an estimate which Nick and Tom worked on together. Everyone we encountered was more than helpful and knowledgeable. When it came to installation, a crew was sent to remove our existing unit and reframe for the new fireplace and masonry work. Every detail went as planned and my husband and I are so thrilled with the finished product. It is fabulous. Nick, you were a pleasure to work with. Thank you so very much.

Lovely experience all the way around! The new unit also was about 20% less than I had expected - happy.

I had a very positive experience with Gagnon. I was looking to install a new gas insert and reface my fireplace. The first company I looked to was not responding to my needs so out of desperation, I turned to Gagnon and am so glad I did. Everyone that I dealt with, from the sales/office staff to the crew doing the insert installation, was attentive to my needs, professional and a joy to work with. While Gagnon doesn't do the masonry work, they provided me with a list of masons they work with. The mason I chose, Taylor Anderson, is a true professional.
I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my new fireplace and would highly recommend both Gagnon and Taylor Anderson .

We had a fireplace insert installed. It was a difficult install because of the arch and the stone. The crew was excellent. There attention to detail was the best I have had by any crew. There curtesy and thoughtfulness about making no messes and great cleanup was impressive. They arrived on time and finished on time.
