Customers frequently praise the speed of repairs for patio and shower doors, noting that issues like sticking tracks, broken locks, and roller replacements are often resolved within an hour. Reviewers also highlight professional communication, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups, alongside reasonable pricing for services ranging from basic adjustments to vintage door restorations. However, a pattern of criticism exists regarding unresolved repairs where doors continued to leak or come off track after service, accompanied by complaints about unreturned phone messages and perceived lack of accountability.
