This was a smooth process all the way around. Easy to schedule, great communication, arrived on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable (David). The repair was made promptly and I have had no further issues. This was my first time using Skaggs but I will definitely be using them again if I need to.

Garry Skaggs did a repair on our Speed Queen dryer steam boost feature. He was on time, knowledgeable & personable. Afterwards he explained the steam boost required settings, very helpful. Repair was covered by warranty. Highly recommend.

Gary is awesome! He came out to look at two GE appliances, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. He was adept at diagnosing the issues and made recommendations on what to fix vs. what made sense not to. He also gave me guidance on what to look for when buying new. He was kind and unbelievably helpful.
Jeremy did a great job. He Also checked out our other appliances to make sure they are working well. First class service.
