Scheduling was a breeze and David arrived perfectly on time. In less than an hour, he'd diagnosed the core issue (not the superficial one with our appliance) and corrected the issue. He didn't throw parts at the problem, but rather actually diagnosed. He saved us hundreds of dollars by not just replacing parts or…
This was a smooth process all the way around. Easy to schedule, great communication, arrived on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable (David). The repair was made promptly and I have had no further issues. This was my first time using Skaggs but I will definitely be using them again if I need to.

Excellent service top to bottom. Our tech Brad showed up on time, diagnosed and explained the problem with our leaking dishwasher, and then completed the work in short order. Considering the cost of a new dishwasher the work was reasonable and very well done. Skaggs service comes with my highest recommendation.

Absolutely the BEST Appliance Repair Service!!!
After an afternoon and a full morning of trying different treatments from the troubleshooting manual with no success for our Whirlpool dishwasher, I finally broke down and called Garry Skaggs Appliance Service. I chose them out of several in the Louisville area, but I saw they had one of the highest Google ratings…
Gary is awesome! He came out to look at two GE appliances, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. He was adept at diagnosing the issues and made recommendations on what to fix vs. what made sense not to. He also gave me guidance on what to look for when buying new. He was kind and unbelievably helpful.
Jeremy did a great job. He Also checked out our other appliances to make sure they are working well. First class service.
Great experience! Fixed my junction box and saved me $600+ dollars by not having to buy a new dishwasher. Jeremy was a huge help and very knowledgeable! Thanks again guys.
