Prompt service. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and had parts needed to repair my wall oven in his truck. He explained the cause for failure and had it working in a reasonable amount of time. I would have given a 5 star rating, but felt the cost to repair was high. $150 just to come out and diagnose is exorbitant.

Gary was friendly and awesome in recommending repair options as well as performing the actual repair of our discontinued oven which is hard to service. I would not hesitate to use Skaggs again in the future. I highly recommend Skaggs to others for appliance repairs.
