Paid service run fee to tell me what was wrong with fridge told the to repair it and they broke another piece on fridge and try to charge me the money to fix the additional problem that wasn't diagnosed earlier.. Would never let them in my home again..The fridge was getting to cold up top when the repair man left it wasn't getting cold at All..
The service technician was very professional and polite. Kept the quoted price even though they needed to make a second visit to finish the repair. I'll use them again for my appliance repairs.
Skaggs Appliance performed repairs on our refrigerator/freezer that was not cooling to the proper temperature. The staff member that did the repairs was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend they to anyone in the Harrison county area.
