UPDATE: We recently sold another home with Guarav and Lennaea, and again, they took such great care of us. They listened to our concerns and helped us work through a stressful cross-country move with ease. They were straight forward with us when we needed the facts, but they were also strategic and consultative. They helped us sell our home for over asking and helped us negotiate a few other items in our favor. The advertising was great and tons of people saw our home. We love these two like family and would recommend their business to anyone!

My fiancé and I had the honor of working with the Soods. This is our first home together as a (future) married couple with it being my first home. We both had specific needs that were catered to.
In the past, my fiancé owned several properties; during his past experience working with an agent, he did not feel they prioritized his needs. Instead, it seemed they were more concerned about making the sell. This resulted in less than favorable results, including the purchase of property which resulted in him losing quite a bit of money due to lack of research on their part.
In contrast, our experiences working with the Soods was night and day. From the start, they reassured us that we could look at as many places as we would like, and they never made us feel pressured. During several viewings, there were times in which Gaurav brought up structural issues to consider—points of which we certainly would not have thought of without him. He helped us frame our mindsets towards the future value of the potential house we would buy. He stretched us to think beyond the sensation of buying a home for the first time, provided insight on how to increase property value, and mentored us on baby steps to becoming multi property owners.

As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of guidance and Gaurav and Lennaea Sood were the perfect team to help me. Everyone says buying a home is a stressful experience but they removed the stress right from the start. No question was a dumb question. After submitting the offer and dealing with an agent who wasn’t very responsive, there was no panic. They kept at it until the deal got done. They were patient and supportive and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor. Anytime I needed something, they responded right away. When I needed an inspector, they had the perfect guy. They even made sure the inspector came back after the seller made the repairs we requested to ensure they were done right. They even referred a guy to clean my roof after we moved in. Gaurav and Lennaea don’t treat this as merely a transaction. They are willing and able to provide assistance long after the deal is done and that’s why I will go with them again in the future. These two love what they do and genuinely care about the people who employ them. It’s difficult these days to find great service but they knocked it out of the park.
