Erick is amazing. Service and communication was great. I had an overall wonderful experience bringing my computer here to get repaired. 10/10 I recommend fully.
When my husband passed i accidentally got the activation lock activated (using ai, grok, dont listen to him) on his mac. I didnt want to lose any data and went to apple and several mac places for help. Geeks4mac were very thorough and they didnt have any problems unlocking his mac and preserving all his data. ❤️…
I had a 7 year old battery replaced recently and appreciated the clear communication, ease of drop off, and timely pick up. Bonus: Erik vacuumed out my machine so that it was good as new and running faster and cooler without that dust clogging the internal fan!
I stopped in right before they closed to drop off my Mac with a dead screen after replacing the battery and he took it back and got it all fixed while I was there. Will come back for any other Mac repairs.
