Had Shane from genesee appliance again today for a dryer repair. I needed his assistance about 1 1/2 years ago too. The part came in within a couple days and he had my dryer back in business. Professional, kind and timely. Love the 4 hour appointment window compared to other places that want you waiting around all…
Genesee Appliance is very responsive and they did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem. When Home Depot would not complete the install for a new appliance, they stepped up quickly in their response. I do wish that the initial payment to diagnose was included in the install/repair, but not a terrible cost for the work.
Amazing service! Had a problem and they came out same day to fix it! Very professional and an overall great person! Would recommend to anyone looking to get appliances repaired or serviced!! 10/10 recommend!!
