We used Gentle Giants to wrap and load our furniture into a U-Haul truck we rented. We were happy with their response, communication and professional attitude for the initial phase and when it came to the wrapping and loading we continued to be impressed. Dakarai, Donny and Cameron were awesome. We plan to use them again. They are reasonably priced too.

Armin, Vincent and Jonathan did a great job moving us into a challenging Georgetown townhouse - lots of stairs and tricky corners. We had plan b lines up for some items but the guys were able to get them where we wanted them.

Medical 🏥 office equipment (examination table and stethoscope-otoscope wall board removal) and office furniture completely moved out was pleasantly surprised! I was nervous about the medical equipment they were GREAT hard working with fast careful packaging. Courteous, patient and kind. The office staff and Domonique was accommodating. Always will recommend to anyone! I used them for a residential move three years ago had no clue they were able to move medical Examination tables equipment. Wonderful job!

I couldn’t be more impressed with this moving company and the entire team. Moving out of a three-floor walk-up is no small task, but from start to finish, everyone was incredibly professional, kind, punctual, and respectful.
The packing team took such great care with every item, carefully wrapping and protecting everything before moving day. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and I always knew what to expect and when the team would arrive.
What impressed me most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. The packing team and the moving crew felt like a truly well-oiled machine, and the heavy lifters on moving day worked incredibly hard while still being friendly and courteous. They handled a difficult move with so much care and efficiency.
I’m incredibly grateful to the whole team for making what could have been a very stressful couple of days feel easy and organized. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company that genuinely cares about doing a great job.

We had the most positive experience moving with Gentle Giant and could not recommend them enough. While it was a more premium price point than what we’ve seen elsewhere, the amount of care, communication, and professionalism was well worth the investment.
Not only did the team handle our items with extreme care, had super positive and can-do attitudes about the move (including climbing multiple flights of stairs with heavy furniture!), they also demonstrated incredible problem-solving skills when little hiccups came up.
