Excellent work!! Hung 4 ceiling fans. Installed several recessed lights. Prepped area for pendants lights for later this week. Very professional. I’m big on great customer service. He exceeded my expectations.

Awesome services. We needed two televisions dissembled and moved to our new home, Plus mounted. Tyjuan, met us at the first location then drove about 25 minutes away to get to our new place. Great and fast services, dependable. Thank you

On April 8, 2026 I reached out to them regarding a mounting tv with media wall. I was quoted a price of $1,400. And was told that in order to secure my spot for May 1, 2026 . He mentioned that I needed to send him a $100 deposit on Cash App. Then, on April 20, 2026 I reached out to him to see if we could push our date back. Due to the fact our availability changed for the initial date. He responded, “ hello, that’s fine no worries.” I received a text message from him on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. “I’m finishing up some jobs that was scheduled a while back so Monday would be perfect.” And I informed him that we had other plans this would not work for us. So we would like a refund since the work would not be done in the timeframe we initially agreed too. I received a long text message about why he couldn’t give me back my deposit of $100. He asked if he could give me $50 instead. And I informed him ABSOLUTELY NOT! You never stated that the deposit was non-refundable. You contacted me a days before your arrival to change the date that didn’t work for us. So, I respectfully asked for my money back. On May 12, 2026 at 6:05pm he asked for my Cash App which I provided. Crickets!!!! I waited a whole week before sending this negative review. You try to patronize up and coming people and this is what you get in return. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Hello, I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with your experience. When you booked the project, you requested that the media wall be started on May 1st, and you also never mentioned that you had family coming on May 2nd until I tried to push for Monday . Unfortunately, a media wall is not a one-day project. It requires multiple stages, including framing, drywall, mudding, sanding, painting, and installation, so completing it in a single day simply isn’t realistic. Your deposit was collected to secure your booking and reserve your spot on my schedule. After the original date was changed, the new date fell around the time I was finishing another project. Rather than rush your job and compromise the quality of the work, I scheduled you for the following Monday. I also wasn’t aware that you expected the entire project to be completed in one day, as that was never communicated to me. Had that expectation been discussed beforehand, I would have explained that it wasn’t possible and we could have talked through other options. I always strive to be upfront and provide quality work, and I’m sorry this situation didn’t meet your expectations.

Great work great communication will do more business
He’s well spoken and does decent enough work but you HAVE to make sure he completes the work and you are completely satisfied before paying in full. I paid him to come out to Sterling Heights and mount my tv and hide the cords about a year ago. He was professional initially and did a great job the first time. I ended up deciding after to move the tv to the opposite wall, and I had him quote me a price to unmount it, remount it on the other wall, hide the cords, and hang some curtains. He came out the 2nd time and was able to do everything BUT hide the cords in the other wall due to the location so he advised he would get a strip kit and return the following day to complete the job. I paid him in full(the price that he quoted me for every single thing I listed) despite my better judgement, and he never returned to finish the job and hide the cords. I messaged him a couple times after where he promised he would still come but had been working out of town, another time he gave me a time and never showed then after expressing frustration in having to hound him to complete the job he made excuses about how he gave me a good deal, how far my location was and he was working out of town etc. needless to say he didn’t finish the job I paid him for.
I refunded you your money for strip that I didn’t even charge for . This was also about a year ago I can send a full refund for the entire job send over your information Sorry for the inconvenience
