KJ Ewing showed up in the morning, gave me 3 option which we tailored to meet my needs, the came back the same afternoon and replaced my drive unit, rollers, moisture barrier and keypad for a reasonable price. He was fantastic, the new unit is super quiet and I am completely satisfied!
Terrific service from Good Guys. They sent a technician on the day (a Saturday) I called for a broken garage door. Tech AJ was efficient & knowledgeable, got the door open & came back on Tuesday with the necessary parts to repair the door. Great result & great office staff.
John knows his stuff. More than that, he's friendly, efficient, and timely. We appreciate Good Guys!

Austin did a wonderful job with my garage door. It is so quiet and smooth opening and closing. Austin is very attentive to detail and cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely use them again in the future.
I recently had a new garage door opener, put in with new springs and all the fixings. The quote this place gave me was right in the middle of other quotes. I had gotten from other places so I was happy to just get it done on the day technician John showed up. Install took about an hour and a half I think and John…
Amazing service! From my initial call to the completion of our repairs was merely a few hours. Thank you!!

Good Guys came early, same day on Labor Day weekend and fixed my door in an hour. Changed out the torsion spring, had a spare on his truck and did things I didn’t even ask, or know to ask for, like lube, and roller replacement.
They were efficient, professional, and knew exactly how to do it correctly
From the initial contact with Wendy, to KJ the tech showing up about 2 hours later (yep, same day service) and providing a comprehensive diagnosis of my whole system, I am highly impressed with this company. Austin arrived within the hour and offered kind suggestions after he assessed the condition of the door, motor rollers and springs. I appreciated the help and fast solutions.
First, these folks installed the garage doors and opener in 2008. Called them to replace the opener due to the deteriorated belt after all this time. Excellent service in the phone. The GoodGuys Team inspected our existing garage door, waiving the inspection fee, and determined a new opener with garage door upgrades would be the best option.
