Good guys was very responsive and flexible, Chandler came out to check on our system and quickly diagnosed our problem after our AC started having issues. Also was very friendly and generous with advice when asked.
Absolutely spectacular assistance from a rep named Chandler. We had issues wiring in a new thermostat that was pumping in heat instead of AC and he spent a great deal of time just walking us through the debugging over the phone until we finally resolved the matter. Saved us the obligatory fee of any trip to the…
Prompt and professional service. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Just had another great experience with Good Guys . My AC system was displaying a fault code. Contacted my Good Guys tech, Mark Hildebrandt and he was able to come service by the next hour. Troubleshooting was a challenge but with the support team Good Guys have, success prevailed and my AC system is back online.…
Always such friendly, helpful techs!
Jason Smalley is the best! He was so professional and checked the entire system and is a very honest person. I highly recommend Good Guys Home Services! A+++
The tech (Michael) was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me running in minimal time and very glad it all checked out well too.
Griffin did an excellent job fixing our AC! He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly found the issue, explained everything clearly, and got our system running again. We really appreciate his great service and highly recommend him. Thanks again, Griffin!
I've been using Good Guys Home Services for a number of years now and Mark Hildebrandt has been my go-to guy. He has always gotten out to evaluate my heating and cooling issues as quickly as possible, even communicating on the weekends to make sure I'm up to date on what's going on. No matter the issue he has…
I highly recommend Jeff at Good Guys! I've had to call him several times over the past few years when my older AC unit has gone out for different reasons. He responds quickly, shows up when he says he will and has always been honest and fair!
I called Josh on a Friday in the early afternoon and he came out just a few hours later. He helped us figure out what to do next. They had to order some parts so we had to wait a few days, but he came as soon as possible and fixed it very quickly. No complaints, everything went well.
Beau was awesome as usual. Great communication, on time, kind, informative!
They are great guys and a great company!
Tech arrived on time for a same-day request, took care of our issue quickly and the overall cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.
Good communication, Prompt service on Sunday, and overall good experience
Have used good guys for several yrs. Arron is the best. Very honest
Good guys are great guys. Highly recommend them. They report in 15 minutes to an emergency Situation. They a Re knowledgeable and reasonably priced and they never try to upsell you. So have used them for several years and they have never disappointed us.
I will never call another HVAC company again after my last experience with Good Guys. I received multiple quotes on my AC unit and my first one (from a bigger AC company) I was told I needed to buy a new unit there were too many issues. Good guys came out and replaced a $250 part and I have had working AC for…
I wanted to share an experience I had with Good Guys Home Services. We had our thermostat fail and it locked our A/C unit into heat mode. By the time I discovered this, because I am in NY, 22 hours had passed and it was late at night. I had my neighbor turn off the unit and called Good Guys at 8am the next day,…
We had a fabulous experience with Mike tonight. Of course , we needed legitimate cooling service on the hottest day of the year. We called after 5pm… and he was out 20 minutes later. I can’t say enough about his professional service. We will have this company out for routine maintenance because of Mike and the…
Within just a couple of hours, Ryan took our call and repaired our AC. He was quick, efficient, and kind. We will be using Good Guys and Ryan for all future services!
On time and took less than an hour to inspect system for the winter season. Mark always does a good job and knows my HVAC system in and out. 05/14/2026 - AC Inspection - On time at 8 AM and took just about an hour to inspect and clean the heat pump for the summer season! Mark does a great job and very trust worthy with his work.
We are truly grateful for the prompt and professional service we received from Beau! He was very knowledgeable and serviced our HVAC system within minutes! We went from 88 degrees in our home and are cooling down by the minute! We are blessed by this business!
Good Guys came the same day I called because my A/C wasn't performing. Riko found the problem and gave me good advice about fixing it. It was late, and he had to run around to get parts. Brian finished the job before dark. 2 very professional and nice technician's.
Josh was great! He came out early, diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to come back the next morning to fix it as it was not a quick fix. Very happy with the responsiveness and results. Definitely will call him again!
Jason really helped out on a few issues going on with my pool and air conditioning. He’s very knowledgeable and fair. I appreciated his straight forward approach. I am definitely booking them for my seasonal maintenance.
The a/c was just pushing warm air around and every other company I called had an AI answering machine that said no one was available to help. In the 90* evening heat Scott called back and added me to his busy schedule- at 9pm!! Even with a wild storm rolling through he checked out the condition and came back first…
Josh C. did a thorough job (as usual!) diagnosing and fixing our issue. He responded in a timely manner and fit us into his schedule when we had an unexpected problem with our A/C system. He's also very proactive while fixing a problem or conducting a tune up, optimizing and tweaking the entire system for optimal performance. Highly recommend!
A/C quit working overnight. We were having dinner for 10 people. I asked if there was any chance of a repair call same day. One of their staff came out and had me all up and running in one hour. I really like working with these guys. They are nice, competent, and competitive.
Good Guys responded to a buyer's inspection. Griffin, our technician, was super knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job in testing, explaining and documenting all items in the general home inspection report that the buyer was questioning. Turns out the short cycling was caused by an over pressured…
very professional and polite, fit me in on a cancelation, did a great job, and answered all questions
Great first experience with Good Guys, very professional and knowledgeable!!! Thank you!!!
Absolutely amazing customer service. My technician Ryan was amazing and explained everything step by step. I will absolutely continue using this company.
Very reasonable and went above and beyond my expectations, would highly recommend
When you lose heat on a super cold weekend and find out you need to replace your entire system, there is no better person to use than Eric at Good Guys. What a great experience!
I can't say enough good things about the furnace tune-up I received. Craig C. was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and respectful. He addressed all the issues, cleaned everything up, and left my furnace running like new. My home is now warm and cozy, and I'm grateful for the excellent…
Called first thing in morning, and got a tech on the phone. He was there in a couple hours. Immediately diagnosed the issue, had to go to Ocala to get the part, and came back a couple hours later and installed the part. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Service is awesome! Quick service, explained issues in detail and repairs made fast! Hire these guys, you will not be sorry. Work completed include new heating and A/C thanks to Randy; maintenance, repairs & advice by Arron and plumbing repairs by Hunter.
I am a first time customer. I was kept up to date on the serviceman’s arrival time. Rigo completed the service on the AC unit doing an excellent job. Taking time to clean each component and explain what I can do as a homeowner to extend the life of my AC system. I feel he went above and beyond to check the system…
Jeff with Good Guys A/C does amazing work. I've used him and this company several times for upgrades, repair, and new install. Quick response, great communication and professional work. Highly recommend!
My A/C went out late in the afternoon and Matt with Good Guys was able to be there early the next morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly fixed the problem and now my A/C is working better than it has for years! I totally trust the recommendations that he made and feel like I have a go to…
Jeff went through the entire system to find out why our ac is struggling. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for your ac issues. Will certainly use again
I'd recommend these guys all day. They're responsive, honest, fair, and polite. They could've made up charges that would've cost thousands but instead, spent time really trying to diagnose the issue and telling me other options instead of thinking about their pockets.
I was so distressed when I realized my A/C unit was not keeping up around 8:00 pm and feared i would not be able to get service for days due to 90°+ days we were having. I really lucked out when I was able to go on the app and get scheduled for the next day w/ Ryan. He was so professional, took such good care of our…
Our AC stopped blowing cold air when we were out to dinner and we came home to a hot house during one of the hottest heat waves. I called several HVAC companies the next morning, including Danny from Good Guys. We had gotten his name from a family friend who said he was one of the best. I called at 9:30 on a Sunday…
Very impressed! I recently purchased a home and did not like the company that previously serviced the hvac. My brother recommended Good Guys and they were at my home within the hour to fix my AC. Chandra was quick to respond and sent Eric out to help me out. He went above and beyond - double checked my furnace and…
Thermostat needed replaced, they were going to charge $500 for just the thermostat, and not even a smart one and not the labor!
Griffin was so thorough! He found the problem but looked at the whole unit to make sure there were no other issues. I will definitely request him again!
Update 11/20/24 Craig called me to set up the furnace check and made it so easy. Another great experience! ____________ Update 12/7/23 - Needed a service for an outside porch mini split and logged a ticket at 10:30 pm. Craig was there at 8:30 the next morning. Continued great experience. ————————————— Craig is by…
Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave. Willy made the effort to show up after normal working hours to help us. We were up and running again an hour after he showed up. Great service. No upselling or gimmicks. Straight up great service! These guys are excellent!
Mike Scobee did an outstanding job for me!
Matt was on-time and professional. We needed our AC replenished with coolant. He replenished the coolant. Cool!! ;-) Would highly recommend on AC issues, promptness, time-to-resolve, courtesy and professionalism! Will use again!
Jon was fantastic. Easy to communicate with, gave me heads up when he was coming during the schedule time frame. He told me what needed to be done and asked if ok. He even wore shoe covers in my house which was nice. Very nice and easy to work with. He replaced my hot water heater. I can't recommend he and Good Guys…
The Good Guys are GREAT! I've used Good Guys a couple of times now for my business and once for my home. They've always been expedient, professional and with courtesy. I've never been disappointed when I've called Good Guys. I trust them with both my shop and my personal home with my family. These Good Guys are great!
Good Guys has been one of the best heating and air conditioning companies I’ve worked with. They came right out to service my AC unit and always quick to respond if any issue ever arises. They’ve always been professional and thorough and I know I can count on the quality of their work.
Ryan at Good Guys is professional, knowlegable and provides great service. Our favorite technician!
Found Good Guys on Google after a bad experience with another company. Mark came out twice. Once to clear an error that the other company left on my spilt mini AC and a second time to fix the trouble I was still having. On the second visit he brought one of the companies mini split specialists. In less than an hour…
Of course our AC went out on the hottest weekend in August, in The Villages, FL. Thankfully Good Guys not only took my call, they came out on the hot weekend and fixed my AC. I have been singing their praise to all who will listen.
Aaron Mattox did a great job fixing my A/C compressor on one of the hottest days of the year. Stopped first thing in the morning on his way to another appt. Means a lot to have a person you can trust to be able to fix HVAC problems, great quality, professional, up front with pricing. Thank you!
My air conditioner stopped working in mid June. I called Good guys and they had Matt out here that same afternoon. He was very friendly and professional. Explained everything as he went as well as offered recommendations on how to prolong the life of my air conditioner. He was able to fix the problem and get my air…
