Honest, trustworthy and professional, I had previous quotes of replacement item. Upon inspection WILLY determined the part did not need replacing which saved me approximately $1000 of unnecessary cost. Willy’s service team is my go to contractor.
Good communication. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Technician is nice. No more leak as of now with the new garbage disposal.
We had an issue with our heat not working. Matt Parsons from Good guys fit me into hai schedule the next day and was able to resolve the issue very quickly and have heat back up again at our place.Matt was very thorough and explained exactly what went wrong and how he was fixing it. Will be my go to person from here on out for any HVAC jobs
Sebastian, from good guys came to our house in a very timely manner. He gave us a quote and then showed up and did the job very speedy. He did a great job and we’re very pleased.
Griffin was great. He was prompt, hard working and kind to answer all my questions. He did maintenance on HVAC & cleaned dryer vent. I will definitely request him again.
